Mike arrived promptly and did a quick assessment of the issue before writing up the estimate for repair/replacement. I was led to believe that the cost would be significantly less than the $155 which I was charged. This was for an approximately 15-minute visit. Isn't there a flat fee for an estimate?

We called for repair service, but when the repairman cam to look at the door, he discovered cracks in the door frame that were causing the door to sag! We needed a new door. The new door is ordered and we are grateful that the problem was discovered before the door broke in on us or on our car.

We had a new garage opener installed to replace a 20 year old opener. The appointment was made for the next day over a phone call, and the Technician showed up right on time. Brian was very friendly, courteous, provided good information and listened to our thoughts and what we wanted. The installation was done in about an hour, just what he estimated, and he took the time to help program the outside key pad, show features and explain the new system. I was very pleased with the promptness and the quality of the product, as well as Brian, who was a great workman. I would recommend Precision Garage Door if you need a new opener.

Our experience with your company was excellent. We did not have our garage door checked out for 35 years. We thought it just needed to have an inspection. Your company had a coupon in the Valupac, so that’s why I called your company. Your receptionist was very courteous and friendly. You had openings the next couple of days that fit with our schedule. Brian came out to our home, called to let us know he was on his way. He was a great representative of your company. He was very honest, gave us 3 different options for the job that needed to be done. He was very honest and certainly knew how to do his job. He was very professional and timely on getting the work done. The garage door noise does not wake up the neighbors anymore and no more crack under the door. Very satisfied customers!

Within a few hours our technician, Jameson Leach was assessing our situation. Jameson talked me through his safety check, diagnosed our "fix" as well as a couple things to keep in mind for the future. I had Alex come out and check out my garage door which was opening crooked to the right and sometimes hitting on upper door pulley. The door would stop and not open unless I tried it several times. Alex said there wasn't much he could do but said I could put some washers on the top roller to keep it from pulling to the side. He gave me the washers. After he left, I tried to put washers. I then noticed the top support bracket screw had ripped through the sheet metal and wasn't supported. I drilled another hole, put in a new bolt and now it works. I think it's something they should have caught.

I called midafternoon on Saturday and my call was promptly answered by a very courteous and polite woman who listen to my issue and assured me it would be handled the next day, with no additional week-end charge for the call. Gregg, the tech, was at my house before 9am Sunday morning, did a thorough 25 point inspection of my garage door apparatus, explained the evaluation and process in detail, answered all of my questions and concerns, made suggestions for what needed to be done immediately and what would wait for usual maintenance in the future. The cost was more than reasonable and he performed the job expertly, and in just a little over an hour! I highly recommend this company and know you won't be disappointed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, competence or the level of expertise they provide.

Excellent services all around. Old garage door bent and broke, Art came and gave an estimate, arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He wrote up a quote to give to insurance company. Zac and Mark arrived right on time to install the new door, opener, tracks...Both very polite, noticed 1 issue right away, I had a permanent racking system in the way, they immediately assessed the situation and were able to remove one of the braces and work around the rest. Couldn't be happier with the service and my new garage door, plus it came with a lifetime warranty, can't beat that.

Hidden charge for credit card service fees. Say they have pictures that we did not have rollers when we did. Said we need parts that we did not just wanted to have the springs and cable fixed. I will not use them again.
