I needed a company who could fix my door immediately. They were so responsive and Shawn, the technician, was extremely professional, efficient, and personable. He explained the problems and various solutions without trying to oversell the project. In a time when it seems to be increasingly difficult to find reputable companies with fair pricing and knowledgeable, dependable employees, this company was a breath of fresh air. I definitely recommend them, Shawn specifically, for all your garage door needs! I will also add that based on my recent experience with an appliance repairman I found on Thumbtack, I would avoid any contact with Thumbtack as I don't think they do any vetting whatsoever of companies they recommend, and you're likely to get badly burned.

Precision Garage Door Twin Cities replaced the springs for our garage door a few years ago. When the 20-year-old opener failed recently we called on them again. It was very easy to make a convenient appointment for the next day. The technician, Chad, was personable, professional, and experienced. He installed a new opener, controller, key pad and safety sensors. The quality of his work is a definite improvement compared to the previous installation. He also adjusted the torsion of the coil springs to provide smoother operation.

My garage door was not working the way it should so call and said they could come out the next morning which they did. your service tech Pat Bendel came out and looked at it and explained what was wrong. After that I decided to go with a new door.

Service was promptly provided within 20 minutes of my call. The tech arrived before 6:00pm. It appeared that screw became loose at the end of the aluminum track that the door rolls through. There was no damage to any electrical wire or sensors. The tech identified the problem and spent 15 minutes replacing the screw that was loose. Then the task was complete. This was a simple and effective repair. The garage door opener worked and the door closed just as it always has.

Chuck came out to my house last week to install a New garage opener! He was knowledgeable and courteous to me. He definitely exceeded my expectations! The job took about an hour and he disposed of my old opener. The opener is working great! I love the bright light in my garage! I love having a wall keypad, if needed! I also love the Lifetime Warranty associated with this product! I noticed my coupon advertised that this company was "A neighborly company". I will be looking for that label on future coupons, for other companies as well! I've already found another one for another necessary service! ;)

Greg came out the same day and quickly assessed and corrected the problem in just a few minutes with no charge. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with doing business with you great company. I called before 8:00 AM and was told you could send a technician between 8 AM and 10 AM. At 9 AM Colton Sanders called to say he would be over within a half hour. He arrived approximately 9:30. He quickly sized up the situation and did a great recap of what needed to be done along with the charges. We agreed with what needed to be done along with the applicable charges. He had a lot to do and he had it all done by 10:35 AM. My wife and I were so impressed how quickly he got everything done so quickly. My personal opinion he is a master technician and you guys are very fortunate to have him on your staff. He was very polite, professional and provided the best possible customer service. He did many things. Where it says purchase of a new product, if you look at my invoice you can see all that he did. Thank you
