If I could leave a -49 review, I would. Or at least a Zero because that is what I received from this company for service and repair! It seems like if you don't get prices quoted to you over the phone before this company shows up to your property, they will write up 3 quotes for 3 times the price of an honest company for you to choose from (all without even stepping one foot on a ladder you have set up under your 8 foot door for them). At least you can give them the $49 of your hard earned money to leave and hire someone honest and still get your door fixed properly for way less money.

Installation completed in a timely manner. We had a slight issue after installation with the framework of the garage opening and Patrick came back on site and addressed that as well. Keypad on my door started to fail. Called Precision and they offered to come out the same day. Replaced it free of charge and did a full inspection to make sure everything else was ship shape. Thankful for the professional and knowledgeable team of technicians.

We have a business that used another competitor garage door company for many years that told us they couldn't service our sons broken garage door spring until 6 days later. I said that was unacceptable and contacted Precision who came out same day. They performed a thorough inspection and replaced the parts that were needed to make the garage door work like new again. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities!! First time customer here and from the very first phone call I was very impressed! I had options for service same day next day and the following day. I was not expecting to have options on a weekend but I got them. Everything happened as I was informed it would. Adam notified us when he was on his way to our property and gave an ETA! Adam arrived a few minutes earlier than he estimated. He performed all services thoroughly and within the 2-hour time frame that was estimated. I was very satisfied with the assessment of our garage door systems, the detail of photos taken, and most importantly that there was no pressure to do any upgrades or suggested replacements. Adam did a great job to share the information about each component and likelihood of how long each would tend to last if not replaced. I am very happy with the speed of service, the quality of the replacement parts, and feel that we got our monies worth! Adam has perfect customer service skills, friendly, polite, and efficient. I was impressed at how quickly he collected all trash and how respectful he was to our cramped garage. Very respectful of property and time. It was a pleasure doing business with PGDTC!!

Initial response was great. We had a salesperson out the same day we called on 8/21. After the salesperson verified the door we chose was in stock, we were told we would be getting a call in a few days to schedule the installation. After 2 1/2 weeks of no contact,we called only to be told the door was missing a panel and the additional panel would arrive the following Tuesday. We again had no contact to update/schedule the install, therefore called again on Friday. We were set up to have install the next Thursday between 11 and 1. At 2 pm, having not heard from the installation team,we again called as we needed to leave home for another commitment. Today, 6 weeks after our initial contact with the salesperson, we finally got the door installed. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. But due to the poor communication from the office, I am not sure we would use your company again.
