I am so pleased with what I chose to have done after consulting with your Precision Technician Adam Mitchell. He was so courteous and professional and explained everything so well. He replaced numerous parts and cables, did a lube & tune up, and reinforced some areas and also installed a new Garage Door Opener. It is like having a whole new door! Great service! Chad was here when they said he would. He was knowledgeable on the issue I was having with my garage door. I was able to get it fixed and working the same day as the consultation. The whole process took approximately an hour. He was able to give me an accurate quote before he started and answered all my questions. He gave recommendations and possible problems to look for in the future as my garage door ages. I was very impressed. I was positive I would need a whole new door and frame, I'm glad I had them come check it before I did that!

Couldn’t ask for better service! From the first call I made to the work done by Jason, the technician nothing but first class treatment. I had a torsion bar spring break and it was replaced within 3 hours of my call even though the temperature was -4 F. Fasted service I have ever received when needing a garage door repair. I would recommend them to anyone!

I picked Precision because when I googled garage door repair your company came up offering service today (Christmas Eve) and I had just been stood up for a scheduled appointment by another company. Jon came at the appointed time about three hours later and fixed our broken door and upgraded both our garage doors and re-did my codes on one of them as well. I was very pleased with the service today. I will call Precision first next time.
