INCREDIBLE! We had a VERY loud garage door. We booked an appointment and had outstanding service the next day. James is smart! He knows his stuff! James also inspected a smaller back garage door and fixed that up too. He informed us what should be replaced and the rationale. He provided an honest price upfront and allowed us to decide which repairs to complete. James completed the repairs the same day. Our garage door is so quiet now! We were originally told that the door we wanted was in stock and could be installed in a couple of days. After we agreed to the purchase of the door and made the payment of the first half, then he informed us that it may be two or three weeks, as they had a prior contract to install 200 and some doors in a development, while we had a door stuck open leaving our garage wide open to theft. We had to find a way to get the door closed. When they came to install, they did a quick job and we were happy with the installation and the new garage door. However, someone on the installation team was vaping inside our garage, which is dangerous to someone with COPD. They did not ask permission to do so. Maybe they think that vaping is not harmful to others but it can be. I find it very unprofessional for service company employees to vape or smoke or any other behaviors that can be harmful to the health of the customer. I also received a notification from Precision Door Company that after having paid my deposit with a credit card, I now had the ability to pay the balance online via ACH to "save the credit card processing fee". However, the balance showing included the 4% processing fee charged on the entire amount of the garage door installation. So how would now paying the balance via ACH save me money? I was already charged the entire processing fee. Maybe other people don't take the time to figure that out?

I am so pleased with what I chose to have done after consulting with your Precision Technician Adam Mitchell. He was so courteous and professional and explained everything so well. He replaced numerous parts and cables, did a lube & tune up, and reinforced some areas and also installed a new Garage Door Opener. It is like having a whole new door! Great service! Chad was here when they said he would. He was knowledgeable on the issue I was having with my garage door. I was able to get it fixed and working the same day as the consultation. The whole process took approximately an hour. He was able to give me an accurate quote before he started and answered all my questions. He gave recommendations and possible problems to look for in the future as my garage door ages. I was very impressed. I was positive I would need a whole new door and frame, I'm glad I had them come check it before I did that!

One of the best experiences I have had dealing with an unpleasant issue. Our spring broke this afternoon, and within 2 hours of contacting Precision Garage Door a technician was at our house. Our Technician, Mike G, was an absolute wizard. He fixed the springs on both sides of the door in around a half hour and did so with an unmatched level of customer service. I would contact Mike again in a heartbeat with any future garage door issues or needs.
