We bought our house a few years ago, and we definitely noticed that our garage door motor and the parts along with it were very very old. Today, one of the springs broke and I chose Precision Garage Door Twin Cities because of their ability to book online, and they had availability day of! After booking my appointment, I was contacted by one of their technicians, Adam, and was able to let him know what happened and how we would also want a new garage door opener as well as the spring repair, and he was out at our house in a very timely manner. He looked at what the issue was and provided multiple quotes for the work that was needed to be done with replacing springs/bearings/cables/rollers, and explained it all to me so that I understood. He got right to work and finished within an hour and a half. I was amazed with the quality of work and our new garage door opener! It made this process stress free and now we have a quiet, up to date and reliable garage door!

The door installing crew was very professional, courteous and pleasant and explained almost everything to us. (We did not ask them to help us with the phone app and we are having trouble getting that set up). Scheduling appointment was easy and timely. I actually got same day appointment. Technition was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He described the different garage door openers they had and the differences between them but did not push me to choose the highest priced unit. He let me choose based on my needs. Installed with an hour and the tech spent time going over everything after it was installed and insured I was satisfied. Great experience!

I consider it a privilege to be able to share some thoughts about this very, very fine gentleman - Ian - what and how he accomplished the required repair, which consisted of replacing the backup, battery-operated garage door opener device on the side of the garage door frame. We received an email with his profile while he was enroute. From a security standpoint, this is a very wise - and timely - procedure, so that the customer knows who is coming. He called while enroute to predict how long it would take, and he hit it on the head!!!! He knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and how to share information for future reference that was very valuable. He was reaching out to provide good - and complete - information to us as customers. He really knows his business, and is excited to share it with anyone interested, or who should be interested!! Consider yourselves fortunate to have this ambassador of professional customer service on your team. I have been in sales and marketing for 60 years, and this is one of the most well-versed and competent service providers I have met. All my neighbors are going to know about him, too :)! Also...the lady to whom I spoke on Saturday about your ad on Google was also excellent. And...we had some fun in the process! I had an appointment scheduled right away and a few hours later Devon was at the door. Devon was great. He inspected everything and went over what was needed and explained (and showed) why. Our service technician Tai did a wonderful job! He was on time, was very knowledgable and thorough. He was also very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure the job was complete. He helped us get two garage door openers working. He helped program the remote control into our new vehicle. He even replaced a burned out light bulb in the garage!!
