I heard about your Company on Garage Logic as I am a GL 'er. I have a tuck under, single car garage as well as a newer 2 car detached garage off the alley. Long story short, highly qualified technician explained why the single garage door kept jumping off the track. A new door and track/rail system would cost $2000. Seeing as I rarely use that door as we use it a shed, he explained and showed me how to keep the top section of the door on the track when I manually lift the door. That was a surprise as he wasn't there just to make a sale. Much appreciated!! I had him look at the 2-car garage opener as the light would work sometimes and most of the time not. He showed me how to use an eraser on a pencil to clean the contact points where the light bulb sits to ensure a clean connection. He also told me of new light bulbs that are available that are "shake" proof and made specifically for garage door openers. Great Information!! He ended up just charging me for just the trip charge. Amazing after all the time he spent at my house. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

I am very pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door. I was able to secure an appointment the same day. My technician was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. The service call cost me less than half of what another local company would have charged me.

Chad was thorough and explained recommended maintenance as well as repairing our issue. Another company with "free" estimates told us we needed a new unit & parts which was a scam or totally inept worker on their part. I'd recommend Precision Garage Door in a heartbeat. The technician (Josh) was great!! I received a phone call and text when he was on the way. He was polite, professional, friendly and did the job well. Took the time to explain what was needed and why and wasn't pushy on "optional" repairs. Nice to know Precision offers weekend service at no extra charge (although my service was done on a week day.)

Our garage door works again! We lived with it in disrepair for about one year and wow, is it nice to have a functioning garage door. The gentleman was nice, helpful and did the job in about an hour.

Wow, this company provides some of the best service I have ever experienced anywhere! Our garage door stopped working on Saturday night, and I needed to get my car out for a business trip on Sunday. I called at 8pm on a Saturday, and a LIVE PERSON answered! I almost fell out of my chair. She set up an appointment for 8am the next morning (Sunday!), and the guy pulled up at 7:59am. He had the door fixed within 20 minutes, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will always come back to this company for garage door service. I wish they did other types of service, too!

The cable on our garage door broke, and it was Friday evening around 6:30 PM. I called Precision Garage Door Service, and they had someone out here by 8:00 PM. Jason looked over the door and explained what options we had for fixing it. He did the repair within about 45 minutes, and was friendly and professional. We would highly recommend Precision.

Greg was a total professional. He explained what he found was causing our garage door malfunction in clear and understandable terms.
