I heard about your Company on Garage Logic as I am a GL 'er. I have a tuck under, single car garage as well as a newer 2 car detached garage off the alley. Long story short, highly qualified technician explained why the single garage door kept jumping off the track. A new door and track/rail system would cost $2000. Seeing as I rarely use that door as we use it a shed, he explained and showed me how to keep the top section of the door on the track when I manually lift the door. That was a surprise as he wasn't there just to make a sale. Much appreciated!! I had him look at the 2-car garage opener as the light would work sometimes and most of the time not. He showed me how to use an eraser on a pencil to clean the contact points where the light bulb sits to ensure a clean connection. He also told me of new light bulbs that are available that are "shake" proof and made specifically for garage door openers. Great Information!! He ended up just charging me for just the trip charge. Amazing after all the time he spent at my house. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

The technician (Josh) was great!! I received a phone call and text when he was on the way. He was polite, professional, friendly and did the job well. Took the time to explain what was needed and why and wasn't pushy on "optional" repairs. Nice to know Precision offers weekend service at no extra charge (although my service was done on a week day.)
