We needed a quick response since we couldn’t get either of our vehicles out of the garage with a broken spring on the one side. Honestly, We did call A1 Garage Door first but they couldn’t come out for 5 days! Seriously? So glad we made that second call! The initial call to Precision was professional, friendly and efficient. The technician was to our home within a 1.5 hr. The inspection and estimating process was very detailed with precise pictures and documentation. Our technician, Noah, was excellent and completed our job within a couple of hours. Now, you can shop around and get better cost on the parts BUT, the speed that Precision takes care of customers, the quality of the installation, and a three year warranty was well worth the price paid and the convenience of being able to use the door within a few hours. We would highly recommend.

We had been thinking about getting new garage doors for some time. We saw the Precision Garage Doors ad on TV and decided to give it a try. The total experience from initial contact to completion of the project was professional, courteous and helpful. Everyone we worked with was so accommodating and friendly. Staff were smiling and positive. We couldn't have asked for better service. They did quality work and left the work site clean and tidy. They even gave some handy pointers for maintenance.

Mike was on time (early actually) he diagnosed the problem with my 23 year old garage door opener...it was toast, gears sprocket and chain totally worn out. Now I've got a new unit that I can open and close from anywhere with my phone. Evan has a camera. Belt drive, whisper quiet compared to the old one. wWasn't cheap but what is these days. Mike was fabulous. He was prompt and listened to me explaining what was happening with the opening and closing of my garage door. We had spoken on the phone, and I had told him the issues. He asked if I had a green light and I mentioned no, just a yellow light. So, he told me to check and see if I could get a green light and if I did to call and cancel the appointment. I did green a green light but only when I played with the cord. So, I explained that to him when he arrived. Due to an electrical issue, I still wanted him to look at it and fix it if needed. He promptly got busy and had it fixed in no time. I was happy with what he did to get it fixed. Thank you, Mike, for the outstanding job.

Greg did an OUTSTANDING JOB! He explained exactly what the issue was with the door. The door Greg worked on has been installed for 31 years and the opener and bearings are shot, he did what he could for us under the noisy door deal Precision is offering and we informed him that we plan on replacing both doors in the summer of 2026. He gave us a brochure today and my wife has already decided on what she is planning to purchase in July of 2026. Thanks again Greg...EXCELLENT job, I was in customer service for 45 years and it is hard to find people these days that are good at interfacing with the customer one on one anymore, but Greg nailed it!!

Patrick did an excellent job explaining the repairs we needed to our garage door. We also had questions about upgrading our opener since it was 10+ years old and had had some issues which he was also able to answer. He was able to complete the repairs to the door and install the new opener in the same visit. Both door and opener are now working great which is wonderful as we move into the winter ahead.
