Great service. They arrived about 3 hours after calling. The tech showed up and was very fast and explained the problem. Had the parts and was done in about 45 mins. Will for sure use them again.

Our experience with your company was excellent. We did not have our garage door checked out for 35 years. We thought it just needed to have an inspection. Your company had a coupon in the Valupac, so that’s why I called your company. Your receptionist was very courteous and friendly. You had openings the next couple of days that fit with our schedule. Brian came out to our home, called to let us know he was on his way. He was a great representative of your company. He was very honest, gave us 3 different options for the job that needed to be done. He was very honest and certainly knew how to do his job. He was very professional and timely on getting the work done. The garage door noise does not wake up the neighbors anymore and no more crack under the door. Very satisfied customers!

Soon as Chuck, our service person came in he saw the main problem and after inspection told us all that needed to be done. Before any work was done he gave an estimate of the cost. We agreed and he was finished in less than half an hour. We were very satisfied with the job and were even eligible for a discount.

Jameson talked me through his safety check, diagnosed our "fix" as well as a couple things to keep in mind for the future. I had Alex come out and check out my garage door which was opening crooked to the right and sometimes hitting on upper door pulley. The door would stop and not open unless I tried it several times. Alex said there wasn't much he could do but said I could put some washers on the top roller to keep it from pulling to the side. He gave me the washers. After he left, I tried to put washers. I then noticed the top support bracket screw had ripped through the sheet metal and wasn't supported. I drilled another hole, put in a new bolt and now it works. I think it's something they should have caught.

I recommend Precision Garage Door Service with no reservation and was completely satisfied with the entire process. I called midafternoon on Saturday and my call was promptly answered by a very courteous and polite woman who listen to my issue and assured me it would be handled the next day, with no additional week-end charge for the call. Gregg, the tech, was at my house before 9am Sunday morning, did a thorough 25 point inspection of my garage door apparatus, explained the evaluation and process in detail, answered all of my questions and concerns, made suggestions for what needed to be done immediately and what would wait for usual maintenance in the future. The cost was more than reasonable and he performed the job expertly, and in just a little over an hour! I highly recommend this company and know you won't be disappointed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, competence or the level of expertise they provide.

We heard about Precision on Garage Logic and they were as good, No, better than advertised. From the call in, which was one of The best phone service calls I've had in years, to the service tech, Brian, it was a great experience. On time, explained everything to us, provided very quick service and even took the time to teach a couple of old folks how to use the new technology. If I could give 25 stars I would!!! Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate and some options to consider. He was very professional and worked with us to explain the problem and how to solve. Did a chat on-line (3 min) and informed individual of a broken spring. Service man was assigned and dispatched from Mpls. within 1 hour. Springs, rollers, rails and cables all replaced in 1-1/2 hours. Great service, great job. Very professional with a 3 year warranty. Would highly recommended.

Initial response was great. We had a salesperson out the same day we called on 8/21. After the salesperson verified the door we chose was in stock, we were told we would be getting a call in a few days to schedule the installation. After 2 1/2 weeks of no contact,we called only to be told the door was missing a panel and the additional panel would arrive the following Tuesday. We again had no contact to update/schedule the install, therefore called again on Friday. We were set up to have install the next Thursday between 11 and 1. At 2 pm, having not heard from the installation team,we again called as we needed to leave home for another commitment. Today, 6 weeks after our initial contact with the salesperson, we finally got the door installed. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. But due to the poor communication from the office, I am not sure we would use your company again.
