Precision responded quickly to my request and the technician they sent out was awesome. Very personable, professional and straight forward, he clarified my concerns and then did an assessment of my system. My door spring broke and I made a same day appointment with Precision after a brief search for local garage door service. They came over that morning repaired the door and service our second garage door too. It is expensive but necessary after 16 years of service. I don't expect to call again for at least 16-20 more!

Mike arrived promptly and did a quick assessment of the issue before writing up the estimate for repair/replacement. I was led to believe that the cost would be significantly less than the $155 which I was charged. This was for an approximately 15-minute visit. Isn't there a flat fee for an estimate?
