Technician was nice and all, but was told right off the bat they couldn’t fix or determine what was wrong with my opener, as they don’t work on the brand I have. Maybe somewhere on the website list the brands you don’t work on to save people time and money. The website makes it sound like all known brands can be fixed. Also the price point is extremely high. If you’re looking to drop a few grand then maybe this is your place. I was looking for a quick few hundred dollar fix. All mine was doing was beeping and I ended up fixing it myself after he left. $1400+ just for a new opener? The cheapest being $1200? More affordable options would have been nice. $155 to spray the hinges..I used my $79 coupon for that, just to make it worth my time. Otherwise I would have paid him to come here and got nothing out of it.

Our service person was very helpful in fixing our immediate issues. We discussed possible work needed in the future but for now, our door is working again. It was so nice to be presented with possible future work needed without being high pressure selling like “your door is in dire need of total replacement or it’s going to fail” type of thing that we’ve gotten from other companies. Greg Traylor came out today less than 2 hours after my call. He did an inspection check and recalibrated sensors on door. Knowledgeable, polite and very personable. Have had two dealings with Precision in last couple years and would highly recommend them!

James did a wonderful job. He was very informative about what would be replaced if I decided to go forward. I was told by a different garage door company that I needed a spring replaced and James said there was nothing wrong with the spring. Installer (jonathan) was very polite and knowledgeable about garage doors and accessories and explained everything as he went along as i was curious about a belt drive. After installing he went over everything with me explaining the security etc. I really was impressed with how quiet the belt was, my neighbors came over after he left and they were also amazed how quiet the belt drive was compared to the chain. I had used precision before to install a broken spring.

I called them on Tuesday and they came out Wednesday and they sent the wrong person one for replacing the door not to fix it. He said we can have someone come out Thursday. Will he came out and did not have the right springs but said it could take up yo 1 month to get the right one in. My door won't open because my spring is broken. I told him I will call him later so he said you have to pay $75.00 now for me coming out and the coast would be over $750.00 for the springs. I called North Country and he was out In one hr. Had the right springs on his truck he fix my door and put the heavy duty spring on and only charged me $350.00.

We were happy for this opportunity to speak with you about the misunderstandings that took place here and were happy to refund your trip fee as the errors were on our end. This experience has shown us a few things we need to work on in-house with communication and custom orders and we thank you for the opportunity to make this situation right and learn from the issues pointed out.

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment for someone to come out and look at my garage. Devon called me before he arrived and was very prompt. He was very friendly and respectful. He immediately knew the issue, within 5 minutes of his arrival. He still took the time to look over the rest of the garage door and do an inspection. He then gave me an estimate for our garage door that was very reasonable! Within 15 minutes of the estimate, our garage door was fixed and operational. He was AMAZING!!! Thank you Devon!!

The assigned Tech, Ronnie was prompt, professional and courteous. Ronnie deserves high praise for his good work. In short order my existing door was re installed and works great. Ronnie did a good job of adhering to safety standards because of COVID. The only negative was the pricing. I didn’t anticipate spending over a grand to reinstall and existing door. Give the tech a bonus and I will feel a little better.
