I had the pleasure of having Aaron Doely come to my property today to fix the bottom of my garage door. He was very professional and showed me what needed to be fixed and what he recommends. Technician was nice and all, but was told right off the bat they couldn’t fix or determine what was wrong with my opener, as they don’t work on the brand I have. Maybe somewhere on the website list the brands you don’t work on to save people time and money. The website makes it sound like all known brands can be fixed. Also the price point is extremely high. If you’re looking to drop a few grand then maybe this is your place. I was looking for a quick few hundred dollar fix. All mine was doing was beeping and I ended up fixing it myself after he left. $1400+ just for a new opener? The cheapest being $1200? More affordable options would have been nice. $155 to spray the hinges..I used my $79 coupon for that, just to make it worth my time. Otherwise I would have paid him to come here and got nothing out of it.

Our service person was very helpful in fixing our immediate issues. We discussed possible work needed in the future but for now, our door is working again. It was so nice to be presented with possible future work needed without being high pressure selling like “your door is in dire need of total replacement or it’s going to fail” type of thing that we’ve gotten from other companies. Thank you for just fixing the problem!

Greg Traylor came out today less than 2 hours after my call. He did an inspection check and recalibrated sensors on door. Knowledgeable, polite and very personable. Have had two dealings with Precision in last couple years and would highly recommend them!
