We had two new overhead doors installed 5/4/23 and the installer, Donny, was outstanding! He was efficient in dismantling the old doors, which were quite heavy, and then preparing the openings for the new doors. He was also efficient during installation taking less time than we expected. But more importantly, the doors worked to perfection after his hard work. Zero problems after several days of use. He advised on the proper maintenance and exhibited his expertise throughout. We are glad that Donny was our installer. And by the way, two different neighbors walked over in the following couple days and asked to see what the garage interior looked like from the inside. We had windows installed on the new doors. The daylight is wonderful with no need to turn on lights for most things. The neighbors were impressed with the quality of the doors and of the expert installation. Good job Precision, good job by Donny! Jim J

Our garage door broke last week and Jonathan was a great technician who explained EVERYTHING going on with that door and the pluses and minuses of the current set up. His suggestions for repairs plus additional tune-ups were on point and should extend the life of the garage door. Throughout the experience I've learned a few new things about our garage door maintenance and what to look for in case some new problems pop up. Overall great service and I'd recommend you to our neighbors!

RE: Repair Adjustment 11/9/22 We had our overhead door become out of adjustment for some reason after a spring replacement by Precision in March 2022. Jonathan Zwart arrived soon after our call and did such an excellent job in adjustment that we commented that the door has never worked so well. Ever. That was a month ago and the door continues to be so quiet and so smooth in operation that we are very pleased. Mr. Zwart did a great job and reflects well on Precision Door Service. Our spring broke on a Sunday morning. I found your company on the internet as a local provider that was open. I called and spoke to a young lady, she explained my options and that there was an available appointment. Was that a plus and without emergency service fees. I must begin by saying Thank You to Chad, our Tech, and to the company for being so responsive in assigning Chad for our repairs. Not only did he come today, a Saturday, but the needed work was assessed and clearly explained along with the cost. Also completed was a 25-point inspection of both doors so we can plan for routine replacement and maintenance. A friendly professional tech, replacement parts readily available on the truck, and clean efficient work completed in a short time, all top-notch. Do not hesitate to call this company. This was our first door repair needed and it could not have been easier. They are our go-to company now!

Our neighbor recommended Josh. She had her garage door repaired a couple months ago and raved about him and your service. I left the hatch on my car up and closed the door on it. Not a good outcome. It was half up or half down…depending on your outlook. Called Precision, they responded the same day and Josh was the guy. So personable and knowledgeable. Fixed door in no time.
