Garage door spring broke Friday evening. Was able to get a next day appointment. James, the service technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting what I needed to get my door working again. He even shared in detail the repair process, and tips on what I could do to get the most life out of my garage door parts. A good job on needed repair was done by Mike and Patrick. I had a window of 10-12 and Tom called at 10:00 to inform me that Mike was running a little behind and wouldn’t be to my house until noon, which I appreciated. Professionals start to finish. On-time or early. Great communications between staff and customers. I ran into the door! They provided an estimate and explained there'd be a long delay for the lower panel due to Covid and the manufacturing backlog. Everyone connected to my repair -- office staff, estimator, and repairmen were very courteous and covid safe. Very pleased!

Chris, my technician came to my house to figure out why my garage system wasn't working. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the situation and had a quote ready to go. When I needed about 10 minutes because I was on a call, he gladly sat in his truck waiting for me to finish my call. When done, Chris took time to answer all my questions, show me different Liftmaster systems they carried, discuss the pros and cons of each and gave me time to determine the which I wanted. Once I made my decision, he worked efficiently and effectively and respectfully. Being a small business owner myself, I appreciate when I can find employees that are like Chris. You can tell he enjoys working at Precision and considers them a great employer. This is my second time through the years that I've had Precision Door service my garage door and system. I will continue to use Precision for my future garage door needs. Their technicians are great and their work is top notch. The system Chris sold me is super quiet and smooth compared to my old system. We like it much better than the old one.
