A good job on needed repair was done by Mike and Patrick. I had a window of 10-12 and Tom called at 10:00 to inform me that Mike was running a little behind and wouldn’t be to my house until noon, which I appreciated. Professionals start to finish. On-time or early. Great communications between staff and customers. I ran into the door! They provided an estimate and explained there'd be a long delay for the lower panel due to Covid and the manufacturing backlog. Wow! Same day appointment. Eli was the technician. Fortunately, it was a quick fix for the immediate problem. He provided quote for sealing the door, and after my approval placed the order and accepted the deposit. All taken care of quickly and effectively. Will be glad to refer others.

I’m going to be honest with you guys. Price wise you guys were about $125.00 higher than Twin City garage doors, but I decided to deal with you guys because of one simple reason........Customer Service. The sales guys at the other place was an ass! He was rude and made us feel like we were interrupting his day. Right off the back the telephone conversation I had with your customer representative was very nice. To top it off we got immediate service. Then the cherry to the entire experience was Rudy Vallejos. He installed our equipment and he was so nice, but also the bearer of bad news. Our garage door needed replacing. The cost....Another $900.00. Again, and just being honest, I could have had a garage door at a cheaper price, but after talking to Rudy I knew having him do it and buying from Precision was once again the smart decision. After he explained to me about the warranty and that he would be installing it himself I was sold. End result was I spent more money than I was hoping, then again when don’t you spend more money than you want when these things happen unexpectedly, but the experience was great and I have peace of mind that I purchased great quality equipment with people, especially Rudy, who appears that they enjoy their job and offer great customer care and great knowledge about the product.

Rudy and trainee arrived in a timely manner. They put forth 3 options of repair starting with my intended replacement of only springs being needed. Upon results of inspection, I was shown wear that was not visible. No pressure, clear explanation offered, and I decided to replace rollers and bearings as well as the springs. They handled the work professionally and left decision to me. Appreciated.
