Pat was right on time for our appointment after 2 other companies failed to show up at all! He provided an extensive review, including pictures, of my garage door/system that was 24 years old. I did have a broken spring which was the reason for my appointment. After a review of everything that worn or a possible future issue with my garage doors, we discussed replacing both doors instead of repairing them...putting off future issues. I ended up going with 2 new insulated doors. I have been in sales for 30 years. I don't feel like I was "sold" into purchasing new doors instead of fixing my existing issues. Pat, our technician, never pushed one option over another but simply laid out my options and let me decide.

Had an on time technician come to my home. Was very thorough and walk me through the steps and options for the problem I was having on my garage door. Had a great instal and adjusted my main door spot on! Also over the top with mounting the door opener on heavy duty brackets. Every thing went fine. The installers were courteous and friendly. Our only issue is that the garage door barely misses our pick-up truck when closing. (less than 1/8" clearance) Wedidn't know that until we parked it in the garage later that day. Something needs to be done.
