Our garage door opener quit working and we haven't had our garage door serviced in a long time. I was able to quickly book Precision Garage doors online, on a Sunday for a Monday morning service call. Alex Williamson was awesome to work with. He was right on time, very helpful in explaining what we needed, he offered multiple options and he wasn't pushy. He was able to add a new garage door opener and fix the springs. Service by your technician was great! Timeliness was great! However, your pricing was excessive! In comparison to other companies you charged me double on the springs which I am not happy about. I have had work done on garage doors prior to and have never paid as much as this time. Based on that, I will have a difficult time coming back. Paul

The technician that came out to take a look at my broken spring did a very good job of explaining and showing me things that were wrong or could go wrong with my existing garage doors. The techs that came out to install my new doors were a little late but that's understandable in their business...not knowing how long each job takes. I was very satisfied with their work and explaining future care of my new doors.

Pat was right on time for our appointment after 2 other companies failed to show up at all! He provided an extensive review, including pictures, of my garage door/system that was 24 years old. I did have a broken spring which was the reason for my appointment. After a review of everything that worn or a possible future issue with my garage doors, we discussed replacing both doors instead of repairing them...putting off future issues. I ended up going with 2 new insulated doors. I have been in sales for 30 years. I don't feel like I was "sold" into purchasing new doors instead of fixing my existing issues. Pat, our technician, never pushed one option over another but simply laid out my options and let me decide.

Every thing went fine. The installers were courteous and friendly. Our only issue is that the garage door barely misses our pick-up truck when closing. (less than 1/8" clearance) Wedidn't know that until we parked it in the garage later that day. Something needs to be done.
