Wow! What a great experience with Precision Garage Door and Service Technician, Mike Greek. The problem with our garage door happened the day before Labor Day. I went to the website and found that Precision Garage Door was scheduling service calls on Labor Day!! I put in my information and scheduled for 10:00 AM service call on Labor Day. Mike Greek arrived right on time and patiently listened to my description of the problem. He thoroughly explained what he would do to solve the problem. He also said he would inspect the entire garage door to see if there were any other issues. He torqued all the attachment screws anchoring the garage door tracks to door frames. Mike was very professional and personable. All of this was done at a very reasonable price.

Precision disassembled old door, hauled away, and installed new one. Chris did a great job suggesting and informing us about getting the new door. Mylee set us up with scheduling. I Google garage door repairs. Precision was the closest to my house. Called and the girl that answered was so kind. When I asked if I could still get repairs yet still this evening, she said oh yes. I'll get the needed information, and checked availability time for service. Within minutes she had a time frame for repairs. 4pm to 6pm. He called let me know he was 15- 20min away.
