I called for a bottom gasket to be replaced and they came out the same day. James, the tech showed up on time and explained everything to me. He did the job and it seals great. I’ll be using Precision for all my garage door needs.

Wow! What a great experience with Precision Garage Door and Service Technician, Mike Greek. The problem with our garage door happened the day before Labor Day. I went to the website and found that Precision Garage Door was scheduling service calls on Labor Day!! I put in my information and scheduled for 10:00 AM service call on Labor Day. Mike Greek arrived right on time and patiently listened to my description of the problem. He thoroughly explained what he would do to solve the problem. He also said he would inspect the entire garage door to see if there were any other issues. He torqued all the attachment screws anchoring the garage door tracks to door frames. Mike was very professional and personable. All of this was done at a very reasonable price.

Precision disassembled old door, hauled away, and installed new one. Chris did a great job suggesting and informing us about getting the new door. Mylee set us up with scheduling. Donny did a great job installing door, keeping work area neat and instructing functions of door and openers when completed. All said and done… we’re very pleased with every stage of this project! Thanks to all, door looks great!

Excellent service, Troy was absolutely the best, polite, knowledeable, and stayed safe because of COVID. Troy explained everything he was going to do and what perhaps I need done in the future. I called Saturday evening and they were at my home by 8:30 the next morning. So quick and so professional. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!!! I will be using this company again. I Google garage door repairs. Precision was the closest to my house. Called and the girl that answered was so kind. When I asked if I could still get repairs yet still this evening, she said oh yes. I'll get the needed information, and checked availability time for service. Within minutes she had a time frame for repairs. 4pm to 6pm. He called let me know he was 15- 20min away. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door service.
