Thank you, Precision Garage Door and our technician Pat, for a job well done! All of our interactions with Pat and the team were professional, courteous, and informative. We had someone else come out initially to repair a broken cable and the system broke 2 days later. We had concerns about the prior quality and pricing and had Precision Garage Door take another look at things. Pat was incredibly helpful, very upfront on pricing and what needed to be done, talked about the warranty, and was super professional and trustworthy. We will come back to Precision Garage Door for any of our future needs!

Every aspect of our garage-door opener service was perfect. The speedy response time, the notice before the tech arrived, the installation and the follow-up. Our tech, Brock, was friendly, efficient and thorough. He explained the options and had everything he needed on the truck. Although the service was expensive, I believe it was a very good value for the price.

Very bad company—- trying to rip off people!!! Should get -100 stars. Why?—— I called on Saturday & talked to Mindy and I confirmed on the phone that the charge to replace broken garage cable with the total charge including labor $170+ tax . I asked her 3 times on the phone and she confirmed that. You can check the recording. BUT the guy came and pretended like it is a serious issue with the garage and told me it cost me $890 to replace JUST one broken cable, and other 2 options 1800 and 3000+…. They think I am stupid or what????!!! I will tell ALL people I know about this company. Now I just came to Home Depot to buy 2 cables $8.99 each and fix it myself!!!! It takes me not even half an hour…. SOOOOO TERRIBLE !!!!

Adam, our technician, was knowledgeable and very helpful in educating us about our existing door and the issues we could/would face in the future (2-5 years out) but never pushed to up-sell any products. The product guarantee was a big plus for us. Adam went through all aspects of the product with us so we understood what he installed and how it worked. Pat was right on time for our appointment after 2 other companies failed to show up at all! He provided an extensive review, including pictures, of my garage door/system that was 24 years old. I did have a broken spring which was the reason for my appointment. After a review of everything that worn or a possible future issue with my garage doors, we discussed replacing both doors instead of repairing them...putting off future issues. I ended up going with 2 new insulated doors. I have been in sales for 30 years. I don't feel like I was "sold" into purchasing new doors instead of fixing my existing issues. Pat, our technician, never pushed one option over another but simply laid out my options and let me decide.

Alex, the technician that perform my service was, timely, professional, neat and a good communicator. Alex is an asset to your company! As a Continuous Improvement item, the scheduled time for my appointment, the email and text I received the day before all confirm an arrival time between, 10: a.m. to 12: noon. Alex showed up at 8: a.m.. Just an FYI, how accurate commination is vital.

Not cheap but quality service. Options were given and an explanation was shared as to which option to select. As the installer was finishing up, I noticed that he was oiling the rollers on the door that he was not repairing. That say a ton about the quality of service and the integrity of the company!!

Just left a message with Precision. Aaron was absolutely FANTASTIC! He is probably the third or fourth tech I've had out, and while they were all excellent, Aaron by far is heads above the rest. On tis very hot, humid day he spent time in our stifling garage replacing a back up battery, tuning up the whole unit, and most importantly suggesting I replace the top bracket on the opener with a new one. Despite the extra cost when he showed me the new one couldn't believe the difference in size and pull strength. I'm so pleased. He mentioned he's only been with your company for three months. Better hold onto this one - he's just amazing and you want him to stay!!
