Our garage door opener quit working and we haven't had our garage door serviced in a long time. Service by your technician was great! Timeliness was great! However, your pricing was excessive! In comparison to other companies you charged me double on the springs which I am not happy about. One of our 20-year-old garage door cables broke after routine maintenance. I called the garage door service provider we had been using for the majority of those 20 years, to come out and fix it. The person answering the phone said they cannot come out until the next day. If they were that busy one might think they would try to prioritize jobs by asking if the door was working or not... but they didnt. Any way I scheduled with them and then made a call to Precision Garage Door to see if they could be out the same day. They said absolutely, the tech was out within 2 hours of my phone call. Pat diagnosed the problem right away; he went over options for new garage doors we ended up with a temporary fix to the one door and ordering two new garage doors to be installed Precision Garage Doors. Garage door problems are not planned events making sure you have a reliable team of people who can help you out is important to getting you back on track. I would recommend you call Precision Garage Door for your general service and Garage Door replacement needs!

Precision Garage Door did a fantastic job fixing our broken garage door and updating our other door while they were here. We had an issue where our cable broke on our single stall on a Sunday afternoon. They could have fixed it that day, but I waited until Monday to have them come out. They were available right away to help us. The technician, Pat, was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process and the options. Once I decided to update the cables, springs, and rollers on our broken door (and update a few rusty rollers on our other door just in case), Pat had all the parts available on his truck and finished the job on the spot. I would recommend Precision based on responsiveness, communication, and quality of work. They really came through for us!

One of our garage doors had a lift cable break on a Monday morning. I called Precision Door at 12:30 PM and the pleasant scheduler told me a technician named Chad would be out between 2 and 6 that afternoon. Chad called at 1:40 to tell us that he would be there by 2. He arrived right on time and quickly assessed the problem. I also asked him about replacing the failing bottom door seals on both doors, and to do some preventive parts replacement on the other door so we wouldn't have another problem this winter. Five minutes later Chad gave me two estimates, one to fix the original problem, and another that covered the additional work I requested. The estimates were laid out so that I could opt in or out of each element of the work. He had all the parts necessary to do both doors with him on his truck and was finished with everything by 3:30. Now the doors on our attached garage operate so quietly that we can no longer hear them going up and down from inside the house. The work appears to be very well done and is guaranteed for three years. I would definitely recommend using Precision Door.

Just left a message with Precision. Aaron was absolutely FANTASTIC! He is probably the third or fourth tech I've had out, and while they were all excellent, Aaron by far is heads above the rest. On tis very hot, humid day he spent time in our stifling garage replacing a back up battery, tuning up the whole unit, and most importantly suggesting I replace the top bracket on the opener with a new one. Despite the extra cost when he showed me the new one couldn't believe the difference in size and pull strength. I'm so pleased. He mentioned he's only been with your company for three months. Better hold onto this one - he's just amazing and you want him to stay!!
