Very bad company—- trying to rip off people!!! Should get -100 stars. Why?—— I called on Saturday & talked to Mindy and I confirmed on the phone that the charge to replace broken garage cable with the total charge including labor $170+ tax . I asked her 3 times on the phone and she confirmed that. You can check the recording. BUT the guy came and pretended like it is a serious issue with the garage and told me it cost me $890 to replace JUST one broken cable, and other 2 options 1800 and 3000+…. They think I am stupid or what????!!! I will tell ALL people I know about this company. Now I just came to Home Depot to buy 2 cables $8.99 each and fix it myself!!!! It takes me not even half an hour…. SOOOOO TERRIBLE !!!!

Adam, our technician, was knowledgeable and very helpful in educating us about our existing door and the issues we could/would face in the future (2-5 years out) but never pushed to up-sell any products. The product guarantee was a big plus for us. Adam went through all aspects of the product with us so we understood what he installed and how it worked. Precision Garage Door (PGD) of Maple Grove did an excellent job of repairing our garage door recently. At 4:30am, I awoke to the loud bang of our torsion bar assembly breaking and falling to the garage floor. Our vehicles were trapped inside, and I was unable to lift the 400 pound door myself. I call PGD and they sent Alex out right away to help. Alex quickly reassembled the torsion bar assembly, and explained to me why it failed. Another Twin City garage door business incorrectly installed my door previously...causing the failure. Alex was extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend PGD for all your garage door service needs!

Avoid these guys at all cost. Their receptionist is completely clueless at providing estimates. I got a quote for $210 to replace a garage door spring. When asked if that's for a 2 car garage door, the receptionist gave some vague answer like "it's our high cycle spring". Tech comes over provides an estimate for $970!!! Even if the receptionist had stated $210 PER SPRING. $420 is not even 50% of $970. These guys are just fishing for their $80 tech service fee. Worst home repair experience I've endured. Go to any other vendor tons of other trust worthy businesses out there that value their craftsmanship and word.
