FIRST RATE SERVICE. Professional, friendly and reliable. Greg was excellent. He inspected all aspects of the door and lifter and gave me a detailed analysis of what needed to be done to tune it up and lessen the noise. He was realistic in his assessment and answered my questions completely and honestly about service alternatives. He explained everything well so I could decide what I wanted to do today and what I could defer until a later time. Then he went about his work and completed everything we had decided to do. I have used Precision before on my other garage door and have recommended them to friends who have also used them. I have been impressed with their quality of service and my friends have been too.

My car was "trapped" in the garage due to a broken spring. I looked at several companies online and liked the website and Google reviews for this one. It was extremely easy to make an appointment for the next morning at 8AM on their website and (sure enough) I got a call at 8AM from Mike saying he would be here in 10 minutes. He did a comprehensive check of the door and told me what was recommended with a complete explanation to help me make a decision. His work was complete, thorough, and then he showed me what he did and why. I gave them a 5 because they were easy to work with, very professional, and my double door has never been smoother or quieter than it is now. It turned out to be a little more of an overhaul than I thought it would be, but well worth it after 21 years of basically no repairs.

We had two new garage door openers installed by Alex. The whole process was excellent. Scheduling was easy (the dispatcher was able to get me an appointment on the same day) and the technician Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, on time and did a fantastic job with the installation. We had a great experience with Precision. Our spring broke on our garage door Saturday morning. I was able to set up an appointment through the website for later that day. The Tech called me 20 minutes before the scheduled time and told me when he was going to be arriving. He was thorough in explaining what happened and what my options were. He got the job done in about an hour. Would 100% recommend! Courteous, professional and timely!

Wow! We called Precision in the morning and Eric arrived by 2:00 that afternoon. Eric quickly and confidently diagnosed the problem and along with the repair, suggested tune up items. All work was completed professionally and cheerfully. Eric also explained what he needed to do and was quite neat. We. Will use Precision if the need ever arises again!

Life is short so I normally don't fill out surveys, but Precision was so good that I am making an exception. I chose Precision because they had one of the best websites but that, of course, doesn't fix my garage door. The good website, in this case, is an indication of a quality organization. All contacts with these folks were terrific. It started with the person answering my request for service call. She was very professional and they were able to schedule the repair the same day. We then received emails and calls updating us about the scheduled repair and when the technician would arrive. The technician, Jon, was very personable, he didn't try to sell me anything I did not need, and performed a quality repair. All repair documentation arrived in a timely manner. If I have garage door issues in the future I will call Precision and I can recommend them.
