I had the pleasure of having Aaron Doely come to my property today to fix the bottom of my garage door. He was very professional and showed me what needed to be fixed and what he recommends. I was able to get my door fixed to my standards with no issues and he was always transparent and gave me the heads up on pricing. Definitely keep Aaron around! Technician was nice and all, but was told right off the bat they couldn’t fix or determine what was wrong with my opener, as they don’t work on the brand I have. Maybe somewhere on the website list the brands you don’t work on to save people time and money. The website makes it sound like all known brands can be fixed. Also the price point is extremely high. If you’re looking to drop a few grand then maybe this is your place. I was looking for a quick few hundred dollar fix. All mine was doing was beeping and I ended up fixing it myself after he left. $1400+ just for a new opener? The cheapest being $1200? More affordable options would have been nice. $155 to spray the hinges..I used my $79 coupon for that, just to make it worth my time. Otherwise I would have paid him to come here and got nothing out of it.

Aaron was great. These are the positives: Communication, timeliness, accurate quote, options presented, willingness to explain process to myself and then later my husband. I ended up purchasing multiple items for my broken double door garage, and although spendy, there is a lifetime guarantee- so felt it was worth it.

Technician came within two hours of scheduling the appointment. He listened carefully as it was an unusual problem. Came up with what should be a good solution and assured me he would be back if needed. Very nice young man. Very helpful and willing to help.

Just left a message with Precision. Aaron was absolutely FANTASTIC! He is probably the third or fourth tech I've had out, and while they were all excellent, Aaron by far is heads above the rest. On tis very hot, humid day he spent time in our stifling garage replacing a back up battery, tuning up the whole unit, and most importantly suggesting I replace the top bracket on the opener with a new one. Despite the extra cost when he showed me the new one couldn't believe the difference in size and pull strength. I'm so pleased. He mentioned he's only been with your company for three months. Better hold onto this one - he's just amazing and you want him to stay!!
