Arrived on time and ready to repair my garage door. It took no more than 10 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Spent more time talking to me about how to maintain the door, the reason for the fix and what not to do. Excellent service. As a well informed DIYer I would not have thought the fix applied would correct the problem. It was all "physics"! Technician came out to our residence for an inspection of our bottom seals. I had tried to replace myself but could not find the part in any of the local big box stores. He found that they did not carry it in stock but called back to the shop and had it ordered. It came in in under a week and was installed yesterday ! This will keep all the critters out of the garage finally !

Heard of your company on Garage Logic, many times. Came home at lunch Monday and garage wouldn’t open. Looked and saw spring was broken and door immobile. Called and setup appointment for Tuesday. Alex arrived right on schedule, assessed the situation, gave an estimate which I approved and went to work. Within an hour Alex had completed the job, replacing the springs, bearings and cables. All works well and the service was excellent.

We had needed a new garage door opener for a while and had been putting it off. I decided to call Precision to set up a time to get a new one installed. I talked to a lady at 8:30 am about what we needed and she said she could have a technician to our house between 10:00-12:00 that same morning. I told here this wasn’t any kind of emergency to we were please it could get done so fast. The technician, whose name was Patrick, texted me telling us he was going to show up early which was great. He got here, explained the options and we made our decision. He was great at explaining the options we had and he gave a time estimate on how long it would take. He was spot on in the installation and took great time showing and teaching us how to use all the features of our new opener. We didn’t choose the cheapest option because we wanted the top of the line. We’d used Precision before, would use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any repairs or a new garage door opener installation
