Our garage door opener quit working and we haven't had our garage door serviced in a long time. I was able to quickly book Precision Garage doors online, on a Sunday for a Monday morning service call. Alex Williamson was awesome to work with. He was right on time, very helpful in explaining what we needed, he offered multiple options and he wasn't pushy. He was able to add a new garage door opener and fix the springs. The door works and sounds amazing now. Thank you for the quick, curious and professional work. We will definitely recommend Precision Garage doors.

Pat showed up on time and explained / showed me what was wrong and what was needed to repair our garage door. He worked diligently and completed all tasks in a reasonable amount of time. I do believe the cost is about 30 to 40 percent higher than it needs to be.

Crew came out to replace trim/seal on both doors. They replaced it on the double door and when we got to the single door we experienced some operational issues with the door which we’ve had periodically in the past. Determined the spring needed to be replaced. Scheduled a tech to replace the spring(s) the next morning. While he was here we decided to replace springs and rollers on the double door also, both are 10 years old so it was time before going through another winter. Very good experience, tech was knowledgeable and hard working.

The garage door was here when we moved in, so not sure how old it was... The sensors lights were not working correctly and the keypad outside the door wasn't working... We decided to call Precision and we are so glad we did... Everything was replaced and works like it's suppose to work... The price was a good deal also...
