We had someone else come out initially to repair a broken cable and the system broke 2 days later. We had concerns about the prior quality and pricing and had Precision Garage Door take another look at things. Pat was incredibly helpful, very upfront on pricing and what needed to be done, talked about the warranty, and was super professional and trustworthy. We will come back to Precision Garage Door for any of our future needs!

Caden and his partner were very prompt, courteous, and professional. He sent a message introducing himself, and let me know when he would arrive. He explained everything they were going to do and the amount of time it would take. When complete, we went through the operation and maintenance. Asked if I had questions and said if anything came up please give them a call. I am happy we chose Precision door and would highly recommend them.

Have had Precision do work several years ago and they were fantastic. When the opener started acting strange we had them out again. I explained the problem and he didn't even have to look before he knew what it was and when we looked it was certainly the problem. It has also impacted several other areas and we are choosing to have them repaired now before we face multiple times of having smaller problems fixed. They are able to do the full repair one day from now and gave us a reasonable cost estimate with excellent warranties. Person who did inspection was fantastic, took pictures to show us issues, explained the issue and how it impacted our door issues, and explained what could be done now and what could wait. We chose the immediate repair of the issues because we did not want it to impact a motor issue in the future. This company is excellent and extremely reliable.

Greg Traylor came out today less than 2 hours after my call. He did an inspection check and recalibrated sensors on door. Knowledgeable, polite and very personable. Have had two dealings with Precision in last couple years and would highly recommend them!

Every aspect of our garage-door opener service was perfect. The speedy response time, the notice before the tech arrived, the installation and the follow-up. Our tech, Brock, was friendly, efficient and thorough. He explained the options and had everything he needed on the truck. Although the service was expensive, I believe it was a very good value for the price.

The large spring on our garage door broke. Precision was able to come the next afternoon and fix it. The two service men were very polite and professional. Heard of your company on Garage Logic, many times. Came home at lunch Monday and garage wouldn’t open. Looked and saw spring was broken and door immobile. Called and setup appointment for Tuesday. Alex arrived right on schedule, assessed the situation, gave an estimate which I approved and went to work. Within an hour Alex had completed the job, replacing the springs, bearings and cables. All works well and the service was excellent.

Mike was on time (early actually) he diagnosed the problem with my 23 year old garage door opener...it was toast, gears sprocket and chain totally worn out. Now I've got a new unit that I can open and close from anywhere with my phone. Evan has a camera. Belt drive, whisper quiet compared to the old one. wWasn't cheap but what is these days.
