The garage door was here when we moved in, so not sure how old it was... The sensors lights were not working correctly and the keypad outside the door wasn't working... We decided to call Precision and we are so glad we did... Everything was replaced and works like it's suppose to work... The price was a good deal also... Service by your technician was great! Timeliness was great! However, your pricing was excessive! In comparison to other companies you charged me double on the springs which I am not happy about. I have had work done on garage doors prior to and have never paid as much as this time. Based on that, I will have a difficult time coming back. Paul

I ended up not using them. I called the day of my appointment to get some more information on the price of my broken spring replacement. The person on the phone stated springs replacement starts at $260 and goes up from there. I kept my appointment thinking it would be a bit more for both springs but never expected almost $900 when the guy showed up. Cost me a $49 trip charge. Seems like a revenue stream for them to tell people a lower price on the phone. Just be aware of this.

One of our 20-year-old garage door cables broke after routine maintenance. I called the garage door service provider we had been using for the majority of those 20 years, to come out and fix it. The person answering the phone said they cannot come out until the next day. If they were that busy one might think they would try to prioritize jobs by asking if the door was working or not... but they didnt. Any way I scheduled with them and then made a call to Precision Garage Door to see if they could be out the same day. They said absolutely, the tech was out within 2 hours of my phone call. Pat diagnosed the problem right away; he went over options for new garage doors we ended up with a temporary fix to the one door and ordering two new garage doors to be installed Precision Garage Doors. Garage door problems are not planned events making sure you have a reliable team of people who can help you out is important to getting you back on track. I would recommend you call Precision Garage Door for your general service and Garage Door replacement needs!

Gregg, the technician, showed up on time, performed a completely analysis and provided a few options to get the door spring working. He did a great job explaining each option and did not pressure us into more expensive solutions. Service was completed in less than 1 hour and door works perfectly. This is the second door Precision has fixed and both experiences were great!

The garage door opener was operating erratically, I called Precision Garage Door and asked for appointment the next day. Tech Alex arrived in the am. I explained how the door was operating. Alex made adjustments and the door back working. Alex answered sum question I had. Alex was great to work with.

We needed a specialty designed garage door for our pool house with special size, design and weight limits. Nate was awesome and helped get us the perfect door that fit in our unique 16x 8 pool house with a 12 foot roll up door.
