Precision earned my trust a few years ago when I was having problems with opening and closing my garage door electronically. Communication was excellent, on time, walk through of issue and tips for annual maintenance to keep it working as long as possible. My door and electronic system are ancient! So, when the torsion coil spring broke apart, I was not very surprised. I immediately set up an appointment with the company that earned my trust years ago, Precision. Chuck texted when on his way and arrived on time. He acknowledged the problem was the torsion spring. I had done some research on price of the repair and that was the estimate quoted. I opted to replace the door and electronic system. Chuck made a no charge temporary repair to hold me until the new door would arrive. He showed me what door was comparable to my current door and assisted with a color match. He was honest, kind and professional. Quality & prices reasonable. Another great experience with Precision! Highly recommend this company.

Aaron, who came to give the estimate was on time specific and very reasonable in pricing. And what surprised me was he said he could install today! I've ordered new garage doors. I'd used Precision for repairs before and was impressed. The decision and order process was professional and reassuring. I didn't feel any upsell pressure. The start to finish job with one supplier seems like a good way to go. I'm waiting to see what the finished job looks like and how smoothly the installation of the new doors goes.

Excellent work however, so over price and felt that he wasn’t very honest. He gave me a “deal” on things that I mentioned were not important. He said that the repairs were focused on safety issues. A bottom weather seal was not mentioned I said not but either way it was install and charged $160. Overall pricing went too high.

Went to leave our house and a spring had broke. Scheduled an appointment at 3PM for 4PM-6PM that day, Brock showed up around 5PM, identified the issue and was able to give us choices for moving forward. We ended up having them replace our 15+ year old opener at the same time. Everything was super smooth and Brock was great to deal with!

The only thing I would change is to have a more precise window of time for arriving. I happened to be home but could have easily missed them while dropping off my daughter at school. The crew was also playing music a bit loudly. It wasn’t excessive and I didn’t mind it, but I wondered if my neighbors might and had to ask during a video meeting whether the person on the meeting could hear it. They couldn’t so I didn’t say anything. The guys were great though and gave some super helpful advice on maintenance and something to help with the gap under part of the door since our floor has sunk and is not level.
