Our garage door repair with Shawn was excellent. He made adjustments in the travel setting for a persistent but intermittent issue with the door reversing after closing. He checked all other possible issues and assessed the condition of our 20 year old garage door and LiftMaster motor in addition to lubricating all moving parts of the door. This was the first time it was repaired. We are aware of issues that may develop in the future, especially in the Motor circuit board as it ages. We will certainly call Precision for any further work. Thank you again for solving this frustrating problem.

It was the best experience, the tech did meet expectations and solve my problem with my 20 year old sectional garage door. It was fixed by reinforcing with 4 struts. We had a new garage opener installed to replace a 20 year old opener. The appointment was made for the next day over a phone call, and the Technician showed up right on time. Brian was very friendly, courteous, provided good information and listened to our thoughts and what we wanted. The installation was done in about an hour, just what he estimated, and he took the time to help program the outside key pad, show features and explain the new system. I was very pleased with the promptness and the quality of the product, as well as Brian, who was a great workman. I would recommend Precision Garage Door if you need a new opener.

Initial response was great. We had a salesperson out the same day we called on 8/21. After the salesperson verified the door we chose was in stock, we were told we would be getting a call in a few days to schedule the installation. After 2 1/2 weeks of no contact,we called only to be told the door was missing a panel and the additional panel would arrive the following Tuesday. We again had no contact to update/schedule the install, therefore called again on Friday. We were set up to have install the next Thursday between 11 and 1. At 2 pm, having not heard from the installation team,we again called as we needed to leave home for another commitment. Today, 6 weeks after our initial contact with the salesperson, we finally got the door installed. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. But due to the poor communication from the office, I am not sure we would use your company again.

Our garage door (installed 1989) has been acting up a bit over the last few days. Today we thought we should get it checked out.
