Our experience with your company was excellent. We did not have our garage door checked out for 35 years. We thought it just needed to have an inspection. Your company had a coupon in the Valupac, so that’s why I called your company. Your receptionist was very courteous and friendly. You had openings the next couple of days that fit with our schedule. Brian came out to our home, called to let us know he was on his way. He was a great representative of your company. He was very honest, gave us 3 different options for the job that needed to be done. He was very honest and certainly knew how to do his job. He was very professional and timely on getting the work done. The garage door noise does not wake up the neighbors anymore and no more crack under the door. Very satisfied customers!

This is a Soulless corporate rip off. My garage door stopped working 4 hours after a $1,000 repair. I can't close the door. The tech who did the repair left me his business 'card' that had a call center number on it, which is weird. Why would you have him give me a card with his name and a phone # if I couldn't actually get a hold of him? When I texted the number the tech used to call me in the morning, it said the number was not monitored which means you pay for a dialing service to connect me with the technician to keep a barrier between your workers and customers. When I called the call center for help, they said another department would be reaching out to schedule an appointment. When the "other department" never called me, I called back and was told I'll have to wait until tomorrow. This system of post sale deflection is by design. You have invested time, services, and planning to make it difficult to reach you, after you take my money. Why do you choose to operate this way? There was nothing local or personal about this experience. These business practices do not build trust. (even if your call center music says I can trust you)

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday and Precision came out and gave multiple estimates of what to do. With much explanation of the product and material. Very well explained by my technician Brian, whom was fantastic and personal. He got me up and going within a couple hours on a Tuesday. 2 days later!! Highly recommend and will be using them moving forward

Will recommend Precision to anyone who asks or needs a replacement opener. Bryce arrived in a clean company truck while wearing a company identified shirt, Bryce did a full inspection to determine the opener problem. Took pictures. Since motor was kaput, he suggested a replacement. Also identified roller, hinge and track issues. We agreed on a replacement from a LifeMaster with a Genie model. Total cost included system and hinge and roller replacements where needed. Anticipated problems but was extremely relieved to have none. 2 hours well worth it.

Alex did an excellent job. He replaced the garage door opener. The new one cost quite a bit more than I expected, but then, everything does lately. He also replaced the rusted rails and the deteriorating rollers. He didn't try to sell me anything that was unneeded. He explained the remotes and vacation setting and showed me how to set them. Alex also kindly set the remote button that is part of my car. I'd never been able to get that to work before. Everything works smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company and this technician.

Tech called to tell us he was available early, wanted to verify it was OK to arrive early. Listened to me explain the problem (opener was reversing after starting to close), then did a check on all aspects of the opener and the door. Presented us with a list of recommendations and costs. We decided to decline his recommendation to replace the rollers, and there was no pressure or push-back from him. He replaced the sensors, including moving the mounts from the rails to the garage door frame, lubed the hinges and replaced a broken hinge we hadn't noticed. The work was completed efficiently, at a price that was lower than we expected. We are satisfied customers, and would recommend without hesitation.
