Greg did an OUTSTANDING JOB! He explained exactly what the issue was with the door. The door Greg worked on has been installed for 31 years and the opener and bearings are shot, he did what he could for us under the noisy door deal Precision is offering and we informed him that we plan on replacing both doors in the summer of 2026. He gave us a brochure today and my wife has already decided on what she is planning to purchase in July of 2026. Thanks again Greg...EXCELLENT job, I was in customer service for 45 years and it is hard to find people these days that are good at interfacing with the customer one on one anymore, but Greg nailed it!!

The service provider arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He quickly identified the problem and made the necessary repair. He also identified potential future problems of my aging door and opener, and gave me an estimate to complete those repairs if I were to move ahead with them, which I appreciated. We had a last minute issue with what I thought was our garage door opener. I booked last minute, was able to get an appointment for same day and the repairman came early. He said it was actually the garage door and he made the repairs and was done in a half hour. It’s working perfectly. Could not be happier with the service and quality of work.

Our garage door cables broke (of course) the day before Thanksgiving. After getting back in town I thought the fix would be easy. Of course not. Called your company on Saturday to get someone out. To my surprise they were able to come out on Sunday! Made an appointment for 10 am. The guy was in and out in an hour. The door was all fixed! Only four stars for two reasons. He showed up at around 8:30 am. The other being a few nuts were not tightened on the brackets. Not a big deal but still...

Came out at the appointed time. Did a complete inspection. Technicians were well informed and not pushy. Ended up being more than a broken spring that was in need of repair on those old garage doors. But they gave a fair estimate. I didn't do everything that was recommended, but I did the critical fail stuff. They talked with my husband before they started so he was OK with the higher price for all the things that needed to be done. Completed on time and on budget. The doors will probably now outlast our living in this house. The lifetime guarantee (while we own the house) was a good investment too in my mind. Happy to do business with this place.

I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities! Ryan was the technician that came out to assist me with my garage concerns. He was so friendly and helpful! He took the time to address all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly in a manner that I understood. I had a technician from a different company come out the day prior for a consult of the same issue. That technician told me that I needed to replace a lot and my garage was inoperable until repairs were done. I really appreciate that Ryan was honest with me and confirmed that my garage was in fact operable and the damage I've done was minimal. He explained the options I can choose to take. Unlike the last company I was in touch with, I didn't feel pressured to buy on the spot. Ryan was so kind and understanding and I feel that that's hard to come by. I truly appreciated his help!

We've used Precision Garage Door on several occasions, for both our primary home as well as a rental property. Last evening we had a component from our home Garage Door Opener break, leaving the door inoperable. I called Precision Door at approximately 10PM and conveyed our predicament to very receptive Operator. She understood the situation and would have someone get back to us first thing in the morning. Precision Garage Door was very quick to respond, as I received a phone call shortly after 7AM this morning. I learned they were dispatching Patrick Rough to make the required repairs. Both my wife and I were pleased to hear that Patrick was assigned, as he has done work for us in the past and we've always been very happy with the work. I am extremely pleased to report that Patrick arrived within 90 minutes. He then diagnosed and completed the repair within about 10 minutes! It is Technicians like Patrick, backed by a Company committed to great customer service that keeps us coming back to Precision Garage Door!

This afternoon I was cleaning up my back yard of leaves and around the garage floor and driveway by blowing leaves and debris clear of the area. Unfortunately while doing that a leaf apparently blocked the garage sensor. When I closed the garage doors it didn't work. I immediately called Precision Garage Door, and they were able to schedule someone this, Friday, afternoon. Alex Williamson, my technician, came early and quickly identified the problem, and resolved it. I was pleased to pay for the service call this afternoon and still most of the evening ahead of me. Alex did an excellent job, and I will happily recommend Precision Garage Door of Mpls and St. Paul, for any further service requirements. Thank you very much.
