Came out at the appointed time. Did a complete inspection. Technicians were well informed and not pushy. Ended up being more than a broken spring that was in need of repair on those old garage doors. But they gave a fair estimate. I didn't do everything that was recommended, but I did the critical fail stuff. They talked with my husband before they started so he was OK with the higher price for all the things that needed to be done. Completed on time and on budget. The doors will probably now outlast our living in this house. The lifetime guarantee (while we own the house) was a good investment too in my mind. Happy to do business with this place.

I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities! Ryan was the technician that came out to assist me with my garage concerns. He was so friendly and helpful! He took the time to address all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly in a manner that I understood. I had a technician from a different company come out the day prior for a consult of the same issue. That technician told me that I needed to replace a lot and my garage was inoperable until repairs were done. I really appreciate that Ryan was honest with me and confirmed that my garage was in fact operable and the damage I've done was minimal. He explained the options I can choose to take. Unlike the last company I was in touch with, I didn't feel pressured to buy on the spot. Ryan was so kind and understanding and I feel that that's hard to come by. I truly appreciated his help!

We've used Precision Garage Door on several occasions, for both our primary home as well as a rental property. Last evening we had a component from our home Garage Door Opener break, leaving the door inoperable. I called Precision Door at approximately 10PM and conveyed our predicament to very receptive Operator. She understood the situation and would have someone get back to us first thing in the morning. Precision Garage Door was very quick to respond, as I received a phone call shortly after 7AM this morning. I learned they were dispatching Patrick Rough to make the required repairs. Both my wife and I were pleased to hear that Patrick was assigned, as he has done work for us in the past and we've always been very happy with the work. I am extremely pleased to report that Patrick arrived within 90 minutes. He then diagnosed and completed the repair within about 10 minutes! It is Technicians like Patrick, backed by a Company committed to great customer service that keeps us coming back to Precision Garage Door!

I am old and confused when the guy came. I was totally ripped off and overcharged. I could have had a new door installed for what I was charged for a cable that was off. I was charged $1784. I will never ever use this bunch of crooks again.

We have a business that used another competitor garage door company for many years that told us they couldn't service our sons broken garage door spring until 6 days later. I said that was unacceptable and contacted Precision who came out same day. They performed a thorough inspection and replaced the parts that were needed to make the garage door work like new again. This afternoon I was cleaning up my back yard of leaves and around the garage floor and driveway by blowing leaves and debris clear of the area. Unfortunately while doing that a leaf apparently blocked the garage sensor. When I closed the garage doors it didn't work. I immediately called Precision Garage Door, and they were able to schedule someone this, Friday, afternoon. Alex Williamson, my technician, came early and quickly identified the problem, and resolved it. I was pleased to pay for the service call this afternoon and still most of the evening ahead of me. Alex did an excellent job, and I will happily recommend Precision Garage Door of Mpls and St. Paul, for any further service requirements. Thank you very much.

Our garage door repair with Shawn was excellent. He made adjustments in the travel setting for a persistent but intermittent issue with the door reversing after closing. He checked all other possible issues and assessed the condition of our 20 year old garage door and LiftMaster motor in addition to lubricating all moving parts of the door. This was the first time it was repaired. We are aware of issues that may develop in the future, especially in the Motor circuit board as it ages. We will certainly call Precision for any further work. Thank you again for solving this frustrating problem.

It was the best experience, the tech did meet expectations and solve my problem with my 20 year old sectional garage door. It was fixed by reinforcing with 4 struts. It was necessary to replace the spring and the Lift Master. The job was finished quickly and now the door closes whisper quiet and so smoothly.
