He was highly informative and knowledgeable. He was able to do a thorough walk-through of his assessment and what needed to be done today and what could wait. I highly recommend their services. Brian was a joy to have at my home not only did he tune up my door he helped by programming an extra remote for me he spotted an area of concern I need to keep track of. James arrived promptly at 8. He then took pictures . He was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do. It was bitterly cold on Tuesday!! He worked for almost 4 hours not coming in from the cold. He then spent time pairing the garage to my phone. He knew exactly what needed to be done. So grateful for the work he did. Had a great experience with Colton. He assessed everything and gave me pointers on maintenance. He was fun to talk to and share some tidbits from both our military backgrounds. No high pressure tactics. He loves dogs and helped me train my new pup to accept strangers. I gave him dog treats for this. Garage door runs smoothly and now i can rest assured that the spring won't break in the dead of winter.

I could tell after the first few minutes that I was dealing with the consummate professional. It was obvious thatJameson Leach has worked on hundreds if not thousands of garage doors in his career. The conditions were brutal with wind chills dropping into the -25 range but he got the job done and with a degree of perfection. In a word, one could say that Jameson did more than fixed my garage door that afternoon, he saved my family from a very painful experience.

James Magaard did an excellent job in finding the source of the problem we were having with our garage door. The door didn’t want to go up all the way and he quickly discovered a broken spring was the cause. He repaired it in a timely manner and we were more than pleased! Save yourself a headache and call these guys first, I wish I had! I called another local garage door company first to come out and inspect my garage door. When the tech from the other company arrived, he immediately told me I needed another new garage door opener, and gave me a steep quote. They then contacted me multiple times over a couple days until I found Precision Garage Door. The tech from Precision, Chad, came out (right away) and thoroughly inspected my garage door and my opener, and gently explained that I had a simple issue which he then fixed immediately. He also spent some time giving me pointers on how to keep my garage door operating smoothly and options for future repair needs that may likely arise. And all was covered by the price of their trip charge with no hidden fees! Thanks so much for your honest, thorough assistance, Precision Garage Door! I really appreciated it.

James did a great job explaining the condition of our door and opener and what needed fixed now and what could wait if we wanted to hold off. Also clearly communicated the options and the pricing and did excellent work. At the end of the day we opted for a new opener install and replacement of all of our garage door parts, which gives us the peace of mind that we shouldn't have any garage door issues for many years.

Just WOW!!! We called Precision Door when all of sudden our garage door failed to open on 12/20. I called them because of their ad on Garage Logic with Joe Schousaray. Within TWO HOURS Colton was here and gone after a thorough inspection, diagnosis of the status and problem, and a complete repair of the garage door. We couldn’t be more thrilled! Colton is an amazing employee for your company: kind, respectful, a pleasure to talk with, and an extremely accomplished technician. We loved his explanation with pictures and written explanation on his iPad. We had an email with all the copy of what was accomplished the second he walked out the door. I told Colton he was fantastic and that I’d be sending Joe an email for his Garage Logic podcast ad! We are so grateful for your wonderful work. Hello! I was so pleased with my entire experience with your company. Adam came out and did a great job inspecting everything with me, gave me a detailed quote and did a great job.
