The person who took down my information for scheduling had my name and address wrong, so I had to call to fix that and get my receipt. Issue resolved by Monday.

Last year Precision installed our new garage door. They did an excellent job, even found the paint to match the other units in our townhomes. Yesterday I was having trouble with the garage door not closing. Within two hour of my call, Greg came and fixed the problem and explained why it was happening. Precision is the best!

Chri was a one shop garage door consultant and cost estimator. Chris knew his information very very well. He showed all the options and put together across estimate in a very short time. I think he did excellent work to get to this point of giving us a quote. He was timely in coming and very quick once he was here.

We had two new garage doors installed 9 months ago by Precision and they were getting noisy during normal cycling. I set up an appointment. They showed up on time and found the problem quite quickly. Apparently you should oil everything at least every 6 months, not just once a year. I also found out that you need to use a non silicon spray. Precision technicians really know their products well and do a great job at very reasonable prices.

We had been thinking about getting new garage doors for some time. We saw the Precision Garage Doors ad on TV and decided to give it a try. The total experience from initial contact to completion of the project was professional, courteous and helpful. Everyone we worked with was so accommodating and friendly. Staff were smiling and positive. We couldn't have asked for better service. They did quality work and left the work site clean and tidy. They even gave some handy pointers for maintenance.

Aaron was great. These are the positives: Communication, timeliness, accurate quote, options presented, willingness to explain process to myself and then later my husband. I ended up purchasing multiple items for my broken double door garage, and although spendy, there is a lifetime guarantee- so felt it was worth it.

He inspected all aspects of the door and lifter and gave me a detailed analysis of what needed to be done to tune it up and lessen the noise. He was realistic in his assessment and answered my questions completely and honestly about service alternatives. He explained everything well so I could decide what I wanted to do today and what I could defer until a later time. Then he went about his work and completed everything we had decided to do. I have used Precision before on my other garage door and have recommended them to friends who have also used them. I have been impressed with their quality of service and my friends have been too.
