Great service! Online chat feature with agent Emily was quick, responsive, helpful, and reasonably priced. My technician Alex was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He called me 2 hours prior to the arrival to window to talk through my issue, provided cost for repairs based on description, and gave me the option to see if I could it resolve it on my own and let him know if the appointment should be kept or cancelled.

After a shoddy tune-up by A1 and having their tech tell me I needed somewhere between $1500-$3000 for a sturdy repair and replacing the springs, I decided to get a second opinion/quote from Precision Garage Door and I'm glad I did. Chuck came out, took one look at the door, and said I didn't need all that work. He also noted that with the tune-up they provided, they used the lowest quality materials to replace the rollers and didn't even grease the door. He replaced the rusted cable and the vertical supports with powdered, rust resistant supports as well as the opener connector to help keep the top of the door sturdy and not bowing outward. Saved me $500-$1000 minimum with the repair.
