Chuck was business like and very nice. He presented my options and gave me a review of my situation. I did not ask for an estimate of charges before a temporary fix as I needed help, was glad to have a reputable service man here and felt confident that he would fix the immediate problem. The price was, I think reasonable, but more than I expected. I now have a garage door that works well with a 1 year warranty. Technician was nice and all, but was told right off the bat they couldn’t fix or determine what was wrong with my opener, as they don’t work on the brand I have. Maybe somewhere on the website list the brands you don’t work on to save people time and money. The website makes it sound like all known brands can be fixed. Also the price point is extremely high. If you’re looking to drop a few grand then maybe this is your place. I was looking for a quick few hundred dollar fix. All mine was doing was beeping and I ended up fixing it myself after he left. $1400+ just for a new opener? The cheapest being $1200? More affordable options would have been nice. $155 to spray the hinges..I used my $79 coupon for that, just to make it worth my time. Otherwise I would have paid him to come here and got nothing out of it.

Last year Precision installed our new garage door. They did an excellent job, even found the paint to match the other units in our townhomes. We had been thinking about getting new garage doors for some time. We saw the Precision Garage Doors ad on TV and decided to give it a try. FIRST RATE SERVICE. Professional, friendly and reliable. Greg was excellent. He inspected all aspects of the door and lifter and gave me a detailed analysis of what needed to be done to tune it up and lessen the noise. He was realistic in his assessment and answered my questions completely and honestly about service alternatives. He explained everything well so I could decide what I wanted to do today and what I could defer until a later time. Then he went about his work and completed everything we had decided to do. I have used Precision before on my other garage door and have recommended them to friends who have also used them. I have been impressed with their quality of service and my friends have been too.

I was told on the phone that pricing for replacing springs started at $250. When the tech looked over my door, everything was OK so all I needed was the springs, but now somehow the price had gone up to $700. Nice scam and I bet it works most of the time, but I got mine done for less than $400.

Our opener and several parts of the garage door were replaced in December. We submitted a review for that but both remote controls quit working within a couple of days of each other in July so we called for a technician. He came the same day we called. After checking everything, he agreed that there didn't appear to be a reason for the remotes to quit working so he reprogrammed the unit and tested everything thoroughly and showed me how to reprogram it. He was kind, thorough, and efficient.

Technician came out to our residence for an inspection of our bottom seals. I had tried to replace myself but could not find the part in any of the local big box stores. He found that they did not carry it in stock but called back to the shop and had it ordered. It came in in under a week and was installed yesterday ! This will keep all the critters out of the garage finally !
