Brian Bergstrom came out and quickly fixed the drooping single stall door. He also lubricated the double door. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional about what needed fixing. He took time to answer all my questions. I would Highly recommend Precision Garage Door for all your garage door needs. We love our product!

Great experience! 6 a.m. my garage door spring 'sprang' and by 10:30 a.m. Brian Bergstrom's friendly face was at my door. He examined my entire set up and gave me a list of options to choose from. I called Precision Garage Door after I discovered a broken roller on my garage door. Brian arrived 2 hours later and did a complete inspection on both of my doors. He discovered a weak spring, worn rollers, and one of our openers was showing signs of excessive metal on metal wear. Brian was able to provide everything we needed immediately out of the inventory in his van. Three hours later we had completely reconditioned garage doors and new openers with enhanced capabilities over our old openers (incredibly quiet!). Brian was knowledgeable and was excellent at explaining everything. His installation was excellent and he cleaned up everything and took all of the old, failed parts. Thanks Brian and Precision Garage Doors!
