Brian was born and raised in Blaine, Minnesota. After moving to Eau Claire, Wisconsin for his high school years, he joined the US Army as a Paratrooper and Jumpmaster stationed with the 82nd Airborne Division in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Brian has worked in several industries but has always focused on serving others. Brian currently lives in the suburbs of St. Paul with his wife and two daughters. He is a volunteer firefighter, loves woodworking and enjoys many outdoor activities.

Man, these guys are the real deal. After multiple service calls from another repair company I decided to try another avenue. Same day service and now I have 4 working (with ease) garage doors. Precicion met every expectation. I had a 2 PM- 4 PM appointment time the Brian B. was there exactly at 2. He diagnosed the problem and checked over my door. My opener was 26 years old so after discussing my options I decided to purchase a new opener. Brian was done in an hour or so, reviewed all that he did (he lubed all the rollers and aligned the door), and demonstrated the operation of the opener. Perfect!!

Amazing sums it up! Our service technician, Brian, was a delight. He courteously texted and called to inform us he was on his way. From our issue description, he had the knowledge to pinpoint the issue right away. He was extremely helpful and precise. He opened up the garage door opener and showed me exactly where & why my garage door was making a thump/machine gun noise. He walked me through all check points and actually showed me the concerns/issues we had. He replaced the garage door, opener, rollers, and a bracket. Once the garage door opener was installed, he then walked me through set up, he helped program our universal remote and showed me how to do all steps - educating me on the new tech-savvy garage door opener. I was VERY pleased with Brian’s stellar customer service, and we’d call on him the next time something would arise with our garage door and its functionality. I’m extremely grateful for his service.

Brian did a great job coming out and replacing the spring that broke. He went through and explained everything in detail and inspected and gave me recommendations on other things that are in need of repair and why the repairs needed to be done. I chose Precision because they have 24/7 operator answered calls. That way you know when they are available and can service your garage door. The garage door always fails when you least expect it. I called on a Sunday evening and they were here by 8 the next morning. Technician was thorough and explained everything. Will call Precision again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE- Highly recommend! Truly, in this day and age of poor customer service, Precision lives up to their name. Spoke to a human on the initial call, had a service person here the next day; an extremely nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable, former vet, Brian, who made adjustments on the fly for my 80 year old garage and door and it was all done in about an hour! Grateful!

We called Precision Garage Door because when we called the ones we have used before, it sounded like they really didn't care if they did the work or not. Your company far exceeded our expectations. Our garage door runs smoother than when it was installed ca. 13 years ago! We have had a few companies come and service our garage door and our overall feeling was that they only did what was necessary while telling us that it could NOT be done better. Brian explained all of our options, showed us what parts, etc. he was talking about, but left us to freely make our own decision. He was professional, personable, and knew what he was doing and how to explain it to us. Thank you!

Brian was awesome! We had a antique door with an older spring and roller system that I feared could not be repaired when the springs gave out. Brian was able to get a new torsion bar and spring system installed despite the older setup, and was very professional and knowledgeable through the process, and it works great. Thank you!

Excellent from my phone first phone call to the end result of the garage door working again. Brian was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach to fixing the problem. I was surprised that he actually called me before he came here to ask me to describe the problem so he could think about it and bring necessary parts if needed. He methodically went thru the whole electrical system to determine what was causing the door to open on its own anytime. Brian replaced the part he thought was the problem and door now works fine, no longer opens on its own. He also went thru the 9 year old door and quickly replaced the cables and rollers which were badly needed. Plus it was done at a very reasonable and fair price. Wish more people operated like Precision Garage Door and Brian.

My garage door broke when 2 broom handles interrupted the closing of my door. Thought I could bypass, but that only made things worse. I manually closed the door & called Precision.
