Chuck arrived on time, assessed the situation efficiently and with obvious knowledge. He provided me with our options, listened to my concerns & questions. He was able to put a fix on our very damaged garage door which gives us some time to pick ou a much-needed new one and have it ordered. HIGHLY recommend Precision. I called late afternoon because I couldn’t open my garage door. The woman who answered my call found my name in your system as. a customer. She scheduled us for 8-10 the next day. Patrick arrived a little past 8 a.m. He did an inspection and provide ded a cost and I told him todo the work. He pointed out everthing thathad been replaced. He was very friendly and everything sorks fine. Excellent company.

I contacted Precision Garage Door this AM, not expecting any help for a day or two. It was Saturday with a big snow storm coming soon. I reached a live person (as promised on their ad) and a friendly and knowledgeable technician showed up in less than 2 hrs (as promised). He checked out the entire door and relayed what we already knew. It was a disaster of previous bad repairs and mis-matched parts! He had all the many parts we needed in his truck and replaced everything in under 2 hrs, including old rotten wood supports. Wow, what a difference! We finally have a smooth reliable door just in time for the snow!

I heard about your Company on Garage Logic as I am a GL 'er. I have a tuck under, single car garage as well as a newer 2 car detached garage off the alley. Long story short, highly qualified technician explained why the single garage door kept jumping off the track. A new door and track/rail system would cost $2000. Seeing as I rarely use that door as we use it a shed, he explained and showed me how to keep the top section of the door on the track when I manually lift the door. That was a surprise as he wasn't there just to make a sale. Much appreciated!! I had him look at the 2-car garage opener as the light would work sometimes and most of the time not. He showed me how to use an eraser on a pencil to clean the contact points where the light bulb sits to ensure a clean connection. He also told me of new light bulbs that are available that are "shake" proof and made specifically for garage door openers. Great Information!! He ended up just charging me for just the trip charge. Amazing after all the time he spent at my house. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

EXCELLENT SERVICE- Highly recommend! Truly, in this day and age of poor customer service, Precision lives up to their name. Spoke to a human on the initial call, had a service person here the next day; an extremely nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable, former vet, Brian, who made adjustments on the fly for my 80 year old garage and door and it was all done in about an hour! Grateful!

We called Precision Garage Door because when we called the ones we have used before, it sounded like they really didn't care if they did the work or not. Your company far exceeded our expectations. Our garage door runs smoother than when it was installed ca. 13 years ago! We have had a few companies come and service our garage door and our overall feeling was that they only did what was necessary while telling us that it could NOT be done better. My neighbor recommended Precision Garage Door when the spring and cable broke on my garage door. I received top notch, excellent service beginning with the phone call to schedule my appointment through the completion of the work on my garage door. I was so happy that a technician, James, would be available to begin repairs so quickly! Step by step he thoroughly explained what he would be doing, beginning with surveying the damage, then presenting the options I had to choose from, and what the cost would be for each one. I really appreciated that James visually showed me the parts that were damaged. He did an awesome job of explaining each option and answered all of my questions. Once I decided on the option, James gave me an estimate of time to complete the work. When the work was completed, James showed me everything he had done, and I was amazed how perfectly the door was now operating! It has been a few days now since the work was done, and my garage door is operating so smoothly and quietly! Thank you James! You are an amazing technician! You are so professional and kind.
