Our opener and several parts of the garage door were replaced in December. We submitted a review for that but both remote controls quit working within a couple of days of each other in July so we called for a technician. He came the same day we called. After checking everything, he agreed that there didn't appear to be a reason for the remotes to quit working so he reprogrammed the unit and tested everything thoroughly and showed me how to reprogram it. He was kind, thorough, and efficient.

Had new springs installed. Communication was great - I was given a heads up when the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly installed the springs. He did have a little trouble getting my 'old' opener to work correctly, but now my door works better than ever! It's only been one day, but so far the workmanship appears to be excellent. My only complaint was the cost, which I thought was exorbitant. I don't know for sure if the cost is comparable with other companies, I didn't have time to shop around. I did call one other company, but the woman who answered the phone could barely speak English so I hung up on her - Buy American! Overall Precision did a great job!

Recently I had my second service call with Precision Door. They did a great job installing a new opener for me a few years back. I had a problem with the operation of my door recently and I had great experience. I called and the woman on the phone (I don't recall her name) was very attentive and helpful I was told a technician would be out that afternoon. Noah arrived at my house just an hour or so later. He looked at my issue and after determining it was minor, he called in to the office and was able to apply my $49 service call to maintenance at a later date. Great service, very fast, I appreciate all of Noah's help and will definitely keep Precision Door as my #1 "go-to" for garage doors.

The technician who replaced my old garage door opener did an outstanding job. He walked me through all my options without any pressure to choose the most expensive one, which I really appreciated. He also installed roller pads that transformed my garage door from loud and clunky to incredibly smooth and quiet. On top of that, he went above and beyond by tidying up the messy wiring left from when my garage was re-drywalled—neatly aligning and securing everything for a clean, polished look. I couldn’t be happier with the service!

Alex was on time and was able to easily diagnose the issue and provide recommendations for resolution.
