I called your company, honestly, because they were the first ones on the list of repair shops most to me. Your representative showed up quickly was professional and pleasant He provided me with a complete quotation on what it would take to completely rebuild my garage doors, when my call was to get my one door back up and running because of a broken cable. The one thing he did NOT do was solve my problem. When my issue was a broken $10 cable I was offered a $2100 solution to a lifetime warranty replacement of all hardware, and an additional quote for $7000+ to replace the for all my doors. It was a shameless upsell and left me where I was when I called except for the $49 service fee. I am left with no alternative that to call a competitor to get my one door up and running, and then others for a quote to bring my doors into a like new state. Your company will not be on the list of those who are offered a chance to do those repairs.

I called Precision on Monday. They asked if I was available same day (I wasn't), then Chuck came out the next morning, looked at the door and its opener, explained my options, then fixed everything that needed fixing quickly and efficiently. Everything was great!

Will recommend Precision to anyone who asks or needs a replacement opener. Bryce arrived in a clean company truck while wearing a company identified shirt, Bryce did a full inspection to determine the opener problem. Took pictures. Since motor was kaput, he suggested a replacement. Also identified roller, hinge and track issues. We agreed on a replacement from a LifeMaster with a Genie model. Total cost included system and hinge and roller replacements where needed. Anticipated problems but was extremely relieved to have none. 2 hours well worth it.

Great same day service when our double garage door wouldn't open. I called at 8am on a Saturday morning and a technician was at our house by 12pm. The technician, James, did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and then did it. The door has never been so quiet and smooth running.

The service fee on the credit card was not communicated earlier 4. The parts roughly cost more than twice what is listed online. Overall, it was expensive. I have the condition report from the previous visit, where all components that were replaced are listed as green. I'm not sure if things need to be totally replaced in a span of two years. End Bearing Plate 12 ga w/Bearing LH - The most expensive item on Amazon is $23, and it was priced at $71 PDS 234x35 - 1-3/4" ID RHW SP Green Powder Coated High Cycle Torsion Spring. Similarly, the Most expensive was $129, which was priced at $330.

Great service from Precision Garage Door. Had a cable come off my door, which ended up bending a couple of the tracks. Technician was very professional -- did a thorough inspection with pictures and then gave me an estimate with a couple of different options at different price points. Completed the work (on a Saturday) in less than an hour, cleaned up well, and took photos of the repairs. Would definitely hire them again for garage door repair!

My garage door cable broke because the bottom mounting plates were rusty. I called around midday on Saturday and was able to schedule an appointment the next day (on Sunday) at noon. The technician (Patrick) was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He presented me with options for items that should be replaced, and he completed the work well within the time estimate he gave me. Precision Garage Door came highly recommended by my local hardware store and after using them, I understand why. They will be my go-to going forward.
