I called yesterday with a broken, rotational torsion spring, when my garage door would only open an inch. After calling many of the other local businesses, only Precision Garage Door could make it out here today (all the others were a month out). The communication (prior, during, and after) was flawless, consistent, and timely. I spent the afternoon having direct conversation with the Technician (so I could understand what he was doing), and it never slowed him down. He fixed and then "pre-rigged" the door, and then checked to see the results. Being that I have a 1965 house, many of the issues that caused the original problems were due to the foundation having shifted over the years. He realized the problems and rigged it precisely so the door could be opened, and closed, with only finger-pressure - zero gap underneath. I am a 50+ year mechanic myself and can fix anything in/on the household or vehicles that I have, but I do not want to deal with garage door springs. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the Technician and the end result. I would imagine that the Technician that came here, is just one of many that this Company employs. Chuck came out to my house last week to install a New garage opener! He was knowledgeable and courteous to me. He definitely exceeded my expectations! The job took about an hour and he disposed of my old opener. The opener is working great! I love the bright light in my garage! I love having a wall keypad, if needed! I also love the Lifetime Warranty associated with this product! I noticed my coupon advertised that this company was "A neighborly company". I will be looking for that label on future coupons, for other companies as well! I've already found another one for another necessary service! ;)

Adam M. showed up as scheduled. Was courteous and on time. Knowledgeable and seemed to really care about solving my problem. Did online research and came up with a solution that will hopefully solve my issue. Was very thorough and provided a series of options depending on budget or concerns. Adam is good at his job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Employees like him are tough to find.

If Adam is indicative of you technicians, you have one of the best companies I have used. He was punctual, emailed and called to let us know when to expect him, which was right on time. Explained what he found and because we trusted him we went with his suggestions. I didn’t feel he was just trying to upsell.

First I’ll say that everyone I spoke with to inquire for a garage door spring repair were all very friendly. Adam the technician who came to my home was very friendly and very detailed with giving me the overview of his findings for the repair, which I found helpful. However the price I was quoted was almost twice that of other companies I had spoken with, felt he was trying to upsell me on other items (new ballbearing and rollers) that weren’t really necessary. I decided not to go with this company so can’t truly rate their product/service. They may have superior products, I really can’t say since I didn’t use their service, but their cost was substantially higher than others.

Went above and beyond the call of duty. Arrived early which was nice and got the job done real quick. I was impressed. Also, very pleased with the way the company operates, sending a picture of the service technician so I know who to expect. I reached out to them around 2am in the morning and someone contacted me at 2am in the morning setting up an appointment. Nice to know there are still businesses out here that do business the right way. Yes, I would recommend.

Patrick arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. He inspected our entire garage door and all components. He noticed wear on the cables, said our spring was in great shape and offered options for repair or replacement of our opener. He explained the costs and benefits of each. Since our door is 30 years old, we opted to replace the unit. He did the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself, showed me how to operate the opener, and program our wall units, vehicle openers, and set up the My Q app.. Trust, Value, Quality and Service are the reasons I recommend them

Great Experience, Called in advance, showed up on-time, good use of tablet to show options and costs, credit card transaction was quick and easy (although I wasn't too thrilled by the $20 credit card fee). James M, the service guy was quick, informative, cordial and proficient.
