Patrick arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. He inspected our entire garage door and all components. He noticed wear on the cables, said our spring was in great shape and offered options for repair or replacement of our opener. He explained the costs and benefits of each. Since our door is 30 years old, we opted to replace the unit. He did the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself, showed me how to operate the opener, and program our wall units, vehicle openers, and set up the My Q app.. Trust, Value, Quality and Service are the reasons I recommend them

Chuck showed up on time, and while checking things over he explained issues and offered explanations and solutions.. Among the reasons for being there was the garage door opener which he replaced; in hind sight, there was no discussion about the type of opener we wanted which we should have done. In the end, we have a new setup that works very smoothly and quietly, and all should be well for several years to come.

I set an appointment for just basic maintenance and check. The service technician, Brian, was very professional and explained and showed everything very clearly of what should be done but also what wasn't needed. I asked for a quote to install a new opener on the third garage door but Brian suggested why not just use one of the two existing that was most worn but still functional. Then he put a new one on the main, most used door. Two visits to our home, total repair time about 3.5 hours and we are very happy. Brian did a great job!

Had a garage door that appeared to be binding because of the unusual noise made when opening and closing. Greg came out the same day and quickly assessed and corrected the problem in just a few minutes with no charge. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Arrived early which was nice and got the job done real quick. I was impressed. Also, very pleased with the way the company operates, sending a picture of the service technician so I know who to expect. I reached out to them around 2am in the morning and someone contacted me at 2am in the morning setting up an appointment. Nice to know there are still businesses out here that do business the right way. Yes, I would recommend.
