I had the pleasure of having Aaron Doely come to my property today to fix the bottom of my garage door. He was very professional and showed me what needed to be fixed and what he recommends. I was able to get my door fixed to my standards with no issues and he was always transparent and gave me the heads up on pricing. Definitely keep Aaron around! This review is tricky. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. There was an initial miscommunication that caused a big problem and I had to try and navigate their phone system to talk to someone. I was honestly driven pretty crazy. That system is simply awful and the "Central office" person I eventually talked to was pretty miserable. But every local person who contacted me after that point was great. They totally took care of my issue. The technicians were awesome. I'd totally use them again. Just double check your initial details and I think you'll get the exact garage door your looking for installed with care and expertise.

I called to schedule annual maintenance and help installing outside keypad. The technician was scheduled the very next morning. Shawn was outstanding in explaining and taking pictures of the needs.
