Just left a message with Precision. Aaron was absolutely FANTASTIC! He is probably the third or fourth tech I've had out, and while they were all excellent, Aaron by far is heads above the rest. On tis very hot, humid day he spent time in our stifling garage replacing a back up battery, tuning up the whole unit, and most importantly suggesting I replace the top bracket on the opener with a new one. Despite the extra cost when he showed me the new one couldn't believe the difference in size and pull strength. I'm so pleased. He mentioned he's only been with your company for three months. Better hold onto this one - he's just amazing and you want him to stay!!

Your technician Brock Fisher did a job repairing our garage door. He is a courtesy prior to arrival. He did a full inspection our door and explained his findings as he went. He finished the job, showed me the completed work and asked me if I was satisfied with the completed work or had any questions. A job well done and happy with the cost.

Great customer service, contacted them last night and they had a tech in my driveway by 8 am the next morning. Sean is a great tech, answered all my questions and then some. We had a working garage door again within a couple of hours and the work was excellent. New motor system is great and very quite, Sean suggested a few items that needed attention and he took care of them at a fair price. Five stars and two thumbs up from me.

Precision Garage Door installed 4 new garage doors on our home 2 years ago and did a fantastic job. The doors and openers work great and the design of the doors themselves fit perfectly with our house. Today, they came out for a regular maintenance visit and thoroughly checked all the doors, adjusted and lubricated them as necessary, and confirmed that everything still works great. The installers and maintenance technicians are professional, knowledgable, courteous, and on-time. Precision Garage Door Twin Cities replaced the springs for our garage door a few years ago. When the 20-year-old opener failed recently we called on them again. It was very easy to make a convenient appointment for the next day. The technician, Chad, was personable, professional, and experienced. He installed a new opener, controller, key pad and safety sensors. The quality of his work is a definite improvement compared to the previous installation. He also adjusted the torsion of the coil springs to provide smoother operation.

Have had Precision do work several years ago and they were fantastic. When the opener started acting strange we had them out again. I explained the problem and he didn't even have to look before he knew what it was and when we looked it was certainly the problem. It has also impacted several other areas and we are choosing to have them repaired now before we face multiple times of having smaller problems fixed. They are able to do the full repair one day from now and gave us a reasonable cost estimate with excellent warranties. Person who did inspection was fantastic, took pictures to show us issues, explained the issue and how it impacted our door issues, and explained what could be done now and what could wait. We chose the immediate repair of the issues because we did not want it to impact a motor issue in the future. This company is excellent and extremely reliable.
