This review is tricky. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. There was an initial miscommunication that caused a big problem and I had to try and navigate their phone system to talk to someone. I was honestly driven pretty crazy. That system is simply awful and the "Central office" person I eventually talked to was pretty miserable. But every local person who contacted me after that point was great. They totally took care of my issue. The technicians were awesome. I'd totally use them again. Just double check your initial details and I think you'll get the exact garage door your looking for installed with care and expertise.

I called to schedule annual maintenance and help installing outside keypad. The technician was scheduled the very next morning. Shawn was outstanding in explaining and taking pictures of the needs. He was very professional and detailed on everything. I was really blown away with his help. Great job!!! I would absolutely recommend Precision to friends, neighbors and family. The cost of the repairs was stated very clearly, and very reasonable.

We had three estimates done, before we chose Precision Garage Door. They were not the least expensive, but their process of booking the appointment, the customer service, and communication was great! Chuck was an amazing technician!! He called ahead of our appointment time, to see if he could even come early. Explained everything in great detail and even did a tuneup on our garage door!! Highly recommend Precision Garage Door!!

The only thing I have to say is I was charged 49.00 to tell me that they wouldn’t repair my door and tried to upsell a conversion kit for 2498.00 dollars. I don’t recommend this company

Excellent work. Great service technician. Quality equipment and he pointed out some legitimate issues that I hadn’t noticed. My only other minor comment is that my project was a bit more expensive than I originally thought. To be clear, there were no cost surprises and I signed up for the project knowing the price in advance.
