Recently I had my second service call with Precision Door. They did a great job installing a new opener for me a few years back. I had a problem with the operation of my door recently and I had great experience. I called and the woman on the phone (I don't recall her name) was very attentive and helpful I was told a technician would be out that afternoon. Noah arrived at my house just an hour or so later. He looked at my issue and after determining it was minor, he called in to the office and was able to apply my $49 service call to maintenance at a later date. Great service, very fast, I appreciate all of Noah's help and will definitely keep Precision Door as my #1 "go-to" for garage doors.

I at first wanted an estimate just to replace the bottom panel on my garage, but after consultation with my family I wanted an entire new door. Easy to get an appointment for Precision and for a tech to come out and "see" my current door; met my time needs/schedule. Nate Sanford came to review what I needed and what I wanted. He went over ALL points about the garage door I had and the difference between that and how a new door would be. He took a lot of measurements and pictures. I feel he did a real all in job! I got 2 estimates; one on a door similar to mine with insulation and the other with more. I asked for and "got" a Senior discount and I also had a coupon for purchasing a door from Precision. I needed to consider any purchase I would make so Nate left me a brochure and his card. I finally signed on with Precision and my door will be here in late June or early July!! I contacted two other TV well known companies and they did come out and measured but later I contacted them and informed them I did indeed want to go with an entire door; they did NOT follow through and never gave me any hand held information for me to review. I was not sure they wanted my business. I called Nate a few times after he gave me a bid and he answered all my questions. I believe that precision Garage Door and its staff are response to the needs of customers they serve and I look forward to getting my garage door from this company!!

The cable broke once I parked my vehicle in the garage. Immediately checked on-line, read the referrals and made a call. I was very impressed with how prompt a technician was able to visit my home and give me a quote. It was actually within 2 hours of my initial call. He, Gregg explained everything that should be done and several options. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and Bryce explained everything in great detail. Mike arrived promptly and did a quick assessment of the issue before writing up the estimate for repair/replacement. I was led to believe that the cost would be significantly less than the $155 which I was charged. This was for an approximately 15-minute visit. Isn't there a flat fee for an estimate?

We bought our house a few years ago, and we definitely noticed that our garage door motor and the parts along with it were very very old. Today, one of the springs broke and I chose Precision Garage Door Twin Cities because of their ability to book online, and they had availability day of! After booking my appointment, I was contacted by one of their technicians, Adam, and was able to let him know what happened and how we would also want a new garage door opener as well as the spring repair, and he was out at our house in a very timely manner. He looked at what the issue was and provided multiple quotes for the work that was needed to be done with replacing springs/bearings/cables/rollers, and explained it all to me so that I understood. He got right to work and finished within an hour and a half. I was amazed with the quality of work and our new garage door opener! It made this process stress free and now we have a quiet, up to date and reliable garage door!
