Quick service, called at 1:45 new springs installed by 2:45. Chuck was knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions. Door is working great. Price was a bit high $690 for two springs installed. I can buy these springs for $240, I'm sure your cost is less. When I called to make appointment I asked for ballpark estimate. I was told something like $225 installed. Well that was for one spring. I have two springs and a heavy door so my springs are more expensive. A couple simple questions for customers [i.e. # of springs and type of door] would allow you to give much better estimates.

Garage door came off the tracks, bent everything up, and could not even be closed. They were out within hours, even bumping us up when there was a cancellation. Talked over a couple of options from full replacement to quick repair to keep our garage secured for now with zero pressure. I will absolutely be using Precision when I replace the door next year.

I originally called your company for two reasons. 1) to get a small issue fixed and, 2) to continue my search for a better garage door repair company. The small but irritating issue was resolved quickly. I was then informed of two preventive maintenance or upgrades that he could do immediately that no other company, out of the many I have tried, ever suggested. I didn't hesitate to go ahead with those. It is good to finally see that someone has taken the garage door repair business seriously. I have proven to myself again that it is worth the time and effort to search for the best companies that I need and can return to.

We've had garage door springs fail numerous times, and based on multiple recommendations from members of our trusted Bible study group we contacted Precision Garage Door Service. We heard about Precision on Garage Logic and they were as good, No, better than advertised. From the call in, which was one of The best phone service calls I've had in years, to the service tech, Brian, it was a great experience. On time, explained everything to us, provided very quick service and even took the time to teach a couple of old folks how to use the new technology. If I could give 25 stars I would!!!
