Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate and some options to consider. He was very professional and worked with us to explain the problem and how to solve. He got to work and fixed problem in less than a hour. Also provided tips on maintenance and how to avoid issues in future. I would use this company again.

After accepting the bid, the process went exactly as he described. I was notified when the door came in to their warehouse, an installation date/time was set, and I was notified when the installers were on the way to our house.
