Noah who installed the new opener was great - he explained things well and was very professional. The problem I had was trying to pair the opener to my f150 . After trying several times doing the procedure through Ford, LiftMaster and other online suggestions, I called Precision for suggestions or help from tech support. The response I got was, “I’ll have to talk to my manager and get back to you”, which never happened. My trucks system is called Car2U (vs Homelink) and the info I found states it should be compatible. Bye the way, LiftMasters manual is awful .

My old garage door opener broke and could not be repaired, because it was too old and no replacement parts were available. Therefore, purchased a new Lift Master garage door opener, which the technician, Adam, installed in less than 1 hour. I called for service at 3:00, and by 4:00 Adam was at our house diagnosing the problem. Friendly, fast service. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company! I don’t typically write reviews, but felt it was appropriate here. I called and spoke with Lisa who was very helpful and got me scheduled for same day service. Alex was on time and was able to easily diagnose the issue and provide recommendations for resolution. The repairs were made right away and he was so helpful to show me how to manually open the garage door if I ever need to.

Our technician was Chad M. He called before he came, was running ahead of schedule and would it be convenient for him to stop by in five minutes. It was. When he arrived, we explained our issues with the operation of the garage door. He listened intently and explained what he was going to do, then provide an estimate and explain our options. We opted to upgrade a few items for safety reasons and then Chad went about his business of completing the agreed upon repairs. Very happy with the entire process from start to finish. My wife and I are very pleased to recommend Chad and Precision Garage Door Service. Shawn thoroughly inspected not only the door which would not close properly, but our other three doors too. He was able to fix the door we were concerned about, and perform maintenance on all four doors, and replace worn or rusted cables on two of the doors. He explained everything he did and had photo documentation. He provided service on a Saturday morning which was very timely and convenient for us. We would highly recommend him. Superb service.

The guy was nice and gave me plenty of details about my garage door. But the prices were not good. Way overpriced! And he told me the total would be $300 but it was over $350. He quoted me over $1300 to replace my springs too! I will not be recommending this company to anyone because of the highly inflated prices. Even when I called a few companies afterwards, they told me those prices sounded really high.

James and his colleague did a great job and fixed what needed to be fixed. Very professional and excellent job of explaining what was needed. Fixed both doors and lubed up and double checked all rotors and replaced broken bearings. Sounds like brand new and great work on new seals for both doors. Impressed.

Precision has maintained our garage door since we needed a repair. Have been with you company ever since. Today, Chad came out to do the yearly maintenance to keep things running smoothly. If I could leave a -49 review, I would. Or at least a Zero because that is what I received from this company for service and repair! It seems like if you don't get prices quoted to you over the phone before this company shows up to your property, they will write up 3 quotes for 3 times the price of an honest company for you to choose from (all without even stepping one foot on a ladder you have set up under your 8 foot door for them). At least you can give them the $49 of your hard earned money to leave and hire someone honest and still get your door fixed properly for way less money.
