Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate and some options to consider. He was very professional and worked with us to explain the problem and how to solve. He got to work and fixed problem in less than a hour. Also provided tips on maintenance and how to avoid issues in future. I would use this company again.

Our technician today was the best ever. He explained everything needed to be replaced answered all our questions. Chuck left all up to us. It was fix or no opener. We understood everything very well. Chuck Nicole's very good handling people. Very polite gentleman knows his job very well. Would hire him in a heart beat if I was still in the business field.

Our experience with Precision was excellent. Chris Sleeper provided a thorough bid, along with advice and recommendations...and no pressure. After accepting the bid, the process went exactly as he described. I was notified when the door came in to their warehouse, an installation date/time was set, and I was notified when the installers were on the way to our house. They were efficient, friendly, polite and did an excellent job.

Chuck arrived on time, assessed the situation efficiently and with obvious knowledge. He provided me with our options, listened to my concerns & questions. He was able to put a fix on our very damaged garage door which gives us some time to pick ou a much-needed new one and have it ordered. HIGHLY recommend Precision.
