Precision took my call and got a technician out to our home in about two hours. The technician Devon was great! He gave us a detailed breakdown of what was wrong and finished the job in less than an hour. Thank you for the quick response to my request for the repair of a broken torsion spring. When your technician, Akayla Porter, arrived he said your company does not work on EZ-Set torsion spring systems and suggested replacement with a more traditional torsion assembly. I couldn't agree more having had to replace EZ spring sets twice over a relatively short period of time. While the EZ-Set was easy to install and tune, I was very disappointed with the longevity of the springs themselves. Akayla was personable and efficient, answering all my questions as he quickly swapped out my old system with one that appears to be much more durable. Thanks again.

Everything went great. I called on a Friday afternoon, expecting to wait until Monday for service. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment later that afternoon. Devon Nelson was the technician that serviced my garage door. He called and asked if he could come early because he was finished with his previous job. He was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and had the right spring to replace the broken one. He completed his tasks in about 30 minutes. Great work!! I could not be happier.
