Our experience with Precision was excellent. Chris Sleeper provided a thorough bid, along with advice and recommendations...and no pressure. After accepting the bid, the process went exactly as he described. I was notified when the door came in to their warehouse, an installation date/time was set, and I was notified when the installers were on the way to our house. They were efficient, friendly, polite and did an excellent job.

Came on time, proposed the simple fix as expected, and finished in an hour, brian is a pro who understands how to fix in budget, this is the second time i use Precision Door repair services, they are very good

Faced with an open door because of broken spring and damaged cables on a cool December afternoon. Dead in the water for what I thought would be at least a week I called Precision and Adam was dispatched within the hour. Problem solved ... along with a very professional inspection of other doors. Very friendly and up front with all costs.

I was told by a different garage door company that I needed a spring replaced and James said there was nothing wrong with the spring. Excellent from my phone first phone call to the end result of the garage door working again. Brian was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach to fixing the problem. I was surprised that he actually called me before he came here to ask me to describe the problem so he could think about it and bring necessary parts if needed. He methodically went thru the whole electrical system to determine what was causing the door to open on its own anytime. Brian replaced the part he thought was the problem and door now works fine, no longer opens on its own. He also went thru the 9 year old door and quickly replaced the cables and rollers which were badly needed. Plus it was done at a very reasonable and fair price. Wish more people operated like Precision Garage Door and Brian.
