If I could leave a -49 review, I would. Or at least a Zero because that is what I received from this company for service and repair! It seems like if you don't get prices quoted to you over the phone before this company shows up to your property, they will write up 3 quotes for 3 times the price of an honest company for you to choose from (all without even stepping one foot on a ladder you have set up under your 8 foot door for them). At least you can give them the $49 of your hard earned money to leave and hire someone honest and still get your door fixed properly for way less money.

We called for repair service, but when the repairman cam to look at the door, he discovered cracks in the door frame that were causing the door to sag! We needed a new door. The new door is ordered and we are grateful that the problem was discovered before the door broke in on us or on our car.

This is the second time they've done work on our garage, and both times it has been great. They show up promptly and give a quote. Then the work is done with no complication. Last time they just repaired some track, this time was new springs and a new opener. Works great. And the Lifetime Warranty is a great bonus. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We have had them fix a garage door spring as well as install openers for both of our garages. We had a minor issue with the openers, and Madison had a technician come out the same day! Both Gregg and Mike were outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. A spring broke on our 35 year old door. Not an emergency so scheduled service a few days out. Great communication by Precision, call from our tech Pat B. Poor to his arrival. Courteous fellow and knowledgeable and skilled. We decided to update/replace sme worn rollers, and Pat identified a rusted frozen bearing. Pat really did care about his work, you'd be pleased to see him! Good work doesn't come cheap, and we now have a nearly silent, properly operating door. From 35 years old to basically new. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities! Ryan was the technician that came out to assist me with my garage concerns. He was so friendly and helpful! He took the time to address all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly in a manner that I understood. I had a technician from a different company come out the day prior for a consult of the same issue. That technician told me that I needed to replace a lot and my garage was inoperable until repairs were done. I really appreciate that Ryan was honest with me and confirmed that my garage was in fact operable and the damage I've done was minimal. He explained the options I can choose to take. Unlike the last company I was in touch with, I didn't feel pressured to buy on the spot. Ryan was so kind and understanding and I feel that that's hard to come by. I truly appreciated his help!

We had a new garage opener installed to replace a 20 year old opener. The appointment was made for the next day over a phone call, and the Technician showed up right on time. Brian was very friendly, courteous, provided good information and listened to our thoughts and what we wanted. The installation was done in about an hour, just what he estimated, and he took the time to help program the outside key pad, show features and explain the new system. I was very pleased with the promptness and the quality of the product, as well as Brian, who was a great workman. I would recommend Precision Garage Door if you need a new opener.

Initial response was great. We had a salesperson out the same day we called on 8/21. After the salesperson verified the door we chose was in stock, we were told we would be getting a call in a few days to schedule the installation. After 2 1/2 weeks of no contact,we called only to be told the door was missing a panel and the additional panel would arrive the following Tuesday. We again had no contact to update/schedule the install, therefore called again on Friday. We were set up to have install the next Thursday between 11 and 1. At 2 pm, having not heard from the installation team,we again called as we needed to leave home for another commitment. Today, 6 weeks after our initial contact with the salesperson, we finally got the door installed. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. But due to the poor communication from the office, I am not sure we would use your company again.

Our experience with your company was excellent. We did not have our garage door checked out for 35 years. We thought it just needed to have an inspection. Your company had a coupon in the Valupac, so that’s why I called your company. Your receptionist was very courteous and friendly. You had openings the next couple of days that fit with our schedule. Brian came out to our home, called to let us know he was on his way. He was a great representative of your company. He was very honest, gave us 3 different options for the job that needed to be done. He was very honest and certainly knew how to do his job. He was very professional and timely on getting the work done. The garage door noise does not wake up the neighbors anymore and no more crack under the door. Very satisfied customers!
