They were very timely and quick to fix my problem. My only complaint would be that a simple $2 part turned into a push for the full replacement of a perfectly good garage door opener. I’m sure the techs are trained to upsell, but it was an obvious ploy to try and get a customer to commit to a much more expensive service using subtle scare tactics.

Garage door seemed to be running rough. Gregg didn’t find any problems but adjusted things, tightened springs and lubed anyway. All at no charge. Excellent service

The large spring on our garage door broke. Precision was able to come the next afternoon and fix it. The two service men were very polite and professional. My door spring broke and I made a same day appointment with Precision after a brief search for local garage door service. They came over that morning repaired the door and service our second garage door too. It is expensive but necessary after 16 years of service. I don't expect to call again for at least 16-20 more!
