Terrible experience. The garage repair guy was pushy, arrogant and rude. The garage door is not properly aligned and he was so bad I don’t want to ask him to come back to fix it.

Our garage door broke and we were able to get a same day appointment. Our service man came and was very thorough explaining the needed repairs. He gave us options we needed to do at the time and some that could be done later. We opted to have him do all the work. He was professional and very kind.

But Pat did show me each part I needed and the breakdown of the cost. He also took pictures of each item that was in need of repair. I am satisfied with the service I received. Precision is great. Had them out to service the doors that were on my house when I bought it in 2019, knowing they were on their last leg. Had a great experience so when it came time to replace them, I got the new garage doors from precision in 2022 and had another really positive experience. I recently self insulated my garage doors and then started having trouble with them so I scheduled an appointment (online in like 60 seconds it was so easy) for a tech to come out for a tune up and again can’t speak highly enough of the service. Adam had them up and running in no time. Can’t beat their customer service, communication, & pricing. Highly recommend.

Chuck was great. He explained everything he was doing and totally addressed my issues. We talked about the age of my equipment and that was also very helpful. Not sure how he made a door repair an enjoyable experience, but he did. Thanks Chuck .
