I broke the spring on one of my garage doors. I called Precision Garage doors in the late morning and had a service technicion here a few hours later. The technicion, Alex Williamson, did an assessment of all three garage doors and offered a common sense repair of the broken spring and additional needed bearings. Repair was complete within an hour. Excellent job. Highly recommended.

The field tech, James, was very professional. He provided me with everything I know about my needs and option. Our door malfunctioned to the point where we were unable to move our garage door up or down. Both vehicles were in the garage at the time of the failure. It was a Friday at 3:00 PM. I called Precision who informed me they would send a Technician out asap. Within 20 minutes Mike Greek from Precision arrived at our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with very detailed options to resolve the issue. We decided to repair the existing door rather than replacing it even though its over 25 years old and should be replaced. He had the door repaired and fully operational in less than 30 minutes. Mike was EXTREMELY Knowledgeable, Detailed and very Personable! FIVE STARS to Mike and Precision for the service they provided us.

I received service for a broken garage door the day after I placed a service call. The technician Adam, called over an hour earlier than my appointment time and said he was ahead of schedule could he come to my location now. He put a quote together and showed me the problem involved and clearly explained what was required for the repair. He said the door was old and I should think about replacing it. He advised me of the cost of a replacement and completed my repair in an hour. He was polite, articulate, and made the repair a very positive experience.

I had my garage door tuned up, with some new rollers and a new plate designed to reinforce a bracket. Brian the service tech was really good and explained everything well. He answered questions that I had.

Paul did an excellent job fixing the broken spring on my garage door. He kept me updated on his arrival time and when the first set of springs he put on didn't work quite right, Paul made sure to make it right by removing them and installing a heavier set of springs. I will use Precision again if I have any other problems with my garage doors.

Brian is absolutely the best!! Our garage spring broke late on Friday afternoon and yet Brian arrived Saturday exactly at the time we were given. He was so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.
