Chuck was great. He explained everything he was doing and totally addressed my issues. We talked about the age of my equipment and that was also very helpful. Not sure how he made a door repair an enjoyable experience, but he did. Thanks Chuck .

Precision has never failed me. If I need service they are always there for me, and their technicians are skilled and knowledgeable enough to explain to me what needs to be done and why. They really came through for me today and I'm super happy with the work they did for me. Thanks guys!

Came out at the appointed time. Did a complete inspection. Technicians were well informed and not pushy. Ended up being more than a broken spring that was in need of repair on those old garage doors. But they gave a fair estimate. I didn't do everything that was recommended, but I did the critical fail stuff. They talked with my husband before they started so he was OK with the higher price for all the things that needed to be done. Completed on time and on budget. The doors will probably now outlast our living in this house. The lifetime guarantee (while we own the house) was a good investment too in my mind. Happy to do business with this place.

Adam did a wonderful service call, I thought the prices for new springs cost and installation was overpriced, but I wanted the lifetime warranty. Reason for initial service call my end bearing plates needed replacing. For spring cost and replacement at $390.00 per spring I thought was a little excessive. Considering Mills Fleet Farm was $83.00 per spring. But I wanted the lifetime warranty.

I am old and confused when the guy came. I was totally ripped off and overcharged. I could have had a new door installed for what I was charged for a cable that was off. I was charged $1784. I will never ever use this bunch of crooks again.

Adam the tech arrived earlier than expected, but that worked perfect for me. Had me walk him through what was going on with the door. After that, I went back inside and he took a look at the door and provided me two quotes, one for a complete fix for everything he noticed, and one for what it would take to getting it running again. I chose the cheaper of the two, no problem at all or annoying upselling. He got to work and less than a half hour later he was finished. As a first time home owner getting my garage repaired for the first time, this was a great experience and I couldn't recommend them more.

Had PGD come and replace a broken spring on my old wood garage door about 6 months ago. Door seemed heavy to me after awhile so they sent a tech out and warrantied a part and adjusted it at no charge. Both service techs were great and they stand behind their work! Totally recommend without hesitation.

I have received an email for six days in a row asking for a review. My garage door spring broke. They came out same day. The cost was going to be $800. Plus I was told my rollers should be replaced with bearing type. If I wanted everything looked at and made proper, it would cost between $1500-2000. I got it repaired Monday by another firm for $380. The second firm lubed all the rollers, adjusted the door with the opener. Precision did however open the door so I could get my car out. I do not like being repeatedly asked for reviews, do this is what happens. Sometimes a phone call would be better, I know it sounds so old fashioned, but then this honest review would then not be all over Google.

I had a very positive experience with James, a Precision Garage Door technician today My opener on the outside of the garage door has not worked for the last two days after being trouble-free for 8 years. I called Monday and James came over on Tuesday. He said it would be a simple fix, a reset and would be a regular $85 trip charge He showed me how to do the reset so I could fix the issue myself in the future. No pressure, no upsale. Nice guy who did a job well.

The Technician called when he was 15 minutes away once he arrived he inspected the garage door and explained what needed to be done replacing all the rollers and cables and also greased everything this company is fantastic also they do have coupons on line and are very well priced for the work
