Excellent and proficient service! Jonathon was right on time, listened to my description of what wasn't working, performed several tests on the motor, and recommended several fixes. I opted for a replacement of the whole motor and belt drive. He also commented favorably on the installation of the door (a different company) stating that it was excellent, professional work. And a very fair price for everything which he completed in less than an hour! Amazing and much appreciated.

Adam arrived swiftly on a same-day call to repair our broken spring. He quickly assessed the entire system and provided a report with his recommendations. Adam thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions along the way. The work was completed quickly, and I was given a tour of the service as well as advice on future maintenance. While the price seemed on the higher end, the same day service paired with the quality of the technician seems hard to beat.

Our journey began just days after our neighbor's garage door came off track... I haven't needed garage services up until this point, so I reached out to my neighbor to see want company they used. I had no hesitation to use Precision! I had done some troubleshooting on my own and some basic repairs, during that process found that 1 of 2 springs was broken, then found a cable starting to fray. When the technician Jae arrived I proceeded to tell them my findings and the work I had done. I got approval for the braces I added to the header board! He then gave options and explained everything thoroughly. He was timely and knowledgeable and even gave tips for annual care! The cost was reasonable for all of the parts replaced. We replaced both springs, both cables, upgraded to nylon rollers from the metal and exposed bearing rollers

I needed someone to undertake a small repair on my garage doors. As I scrolled through the web. precision Doors seemed a good. I telephoned a spoke to a human not a voice activated response. She said I could have a technician within a few hours. I was also given the service charge ($85) and told I would be given a full cost quote before they start the work. The technician Chad arrived promptly and quickly ascertained the problem. He gave me an full cost quote and completed the work. The fact that you do not charge extra for Sunday repairs was important to us. Also, you are on Angie's List and BBB rated. Chad, our technician was so kind and friendly, and fixed our door quickly. He knew exactly what to do without any problems and did not try to do more than was needed, such as putting in new rollers for the door. Thank you for being an honest company with honest employees!

Yes to all questions above,What a quick and smooth operation to get my broken spring replaced, installer Alex checked things out and gave me the what’s what about everything very quickly, talked with me about everything on the repair/replace list, gave me the quote to which I agreed and went to work right away, he told me how long it would take and was right on, very professional and most important to me they were not only on time but called me to check if we could do a little earlier then the 2-4 window, this is my first time dealing with a garage door repair and if I have to again I know who to call thanks much I appreciate you.

They provided an estimate and explained there'd be a long delay for the lower panel due to Covid and the manufacturing backlog. Their crew came out the next day fir a quote. Quote was higher than expected but they walked me through the "why's" and pointed out where the original installer used cheap parts. In some areas, the original installer didn't include parts. We bought out home out of foreclosure and figured the bank went cheap, this confirmed it. I felt as though we received a great deal from knowledgeable technicians and would have them back again when needed.
