Save yourself a headache and call these guys first, I wish I had! I called another local garage door company first to come out and inspect my garage door. When the tech from the other company arrived, he immediately told me I needed another new garage door opener, and gave me a steep quote. They then contacted me multiple times over a couple days until I found Precision Garage Door. The tech from Precision, Chad, came out (right away) and thoroughly inspected my garage door and my opener, and gently explained that I had a simple issue which he then fixed immediately. He also spent some time giving me pointers on how to keep my garage door operating smoothly and options for future repair needs that may likely arise. And all was covered by the price of their trip charge with no hidden fees! Thanks so much for your honest, thorough assistance, Precision Garage Door! I really appreciated it.

A good job on needed repair was done by Mike and Patrick. I had a window of 10-12 and Tom called at 10:00 to inform me that Mike was running a little behind and wouldn’t be to my house until noon, which I appreciated. Excellent and proficient service! Jonathon was right on time, listened to my description of what wasn't working, performed several tests on the motor, and recommended several fixes. I opted for a replacement of the whole motor and belt drive. He also commented favorably on the installation of the door (a different company) stating that it was excellent, professional work. And a very fair price for everything which he completed in less than an hour! Amazing and much appreciated.

Adam arrived swiftly on a same-day call to repair our broken spring. He quickly assessed the entire system and provided a report with his recommendations. Our journey began just days after our neighbor's garage door came off track... I haven't needed garage services up until this point, so I reached out to my neighbor to see want company they used. I had no hesitation to use Precision! I had done some troubleshooting on my own and some basic repairs, during that process found that 1 of 2 springs was broken, then found a cable starting to fray. When the technician Jae arrived I proceeded to tell them my findings and the work I had done. I got approval for the braces I added to the header board! He then gave options and explained everything thoroughly. He was timely and knowledgeable and even gave tips for annual care! The cost was reasonable for all of the parts replaced. We replaced both springs, both cables, upgraded to nylon rollers from the metal and exposed bearing rollers

She said I could have a technician within a few hours. I was also given the service charge ($85) and told I would be given a full cost quote before they start the work. The technician Chad arrived promptly and quickly ascertained the problem. He gave me an full cost quote and completed the work.
