The fact that you do not charge extra for Sunday repairs was important to us. Also, you are on Angie's List and BBB rated. Chad, our technician was so kind and friendly, and fixed our door quickly. He knew exactly what to do without any problems and did not try to do more than was needed, such as putting in new rollers for the door. Thank you for being an honest company with honest employees!

Bret Hoffman was my technician. He was very polite and courteous. Gave me my quote for spring repair. He was on time called to inform me how far away he was and when arriving. Bret did an excellent job with the repair and also adjusted my garage door to close more soft than slam down. Great experience I definitely will recommend your company to others. Thank you

Yes to all questions above,What a quick and smooth operation to get my broken spring replaced, installer Alex checked things out and gave me the what’s what about everything very quickly, talked with me about everything on the repair/replace list, gave me the quote to which I agreed and went to work right away, he told me how long it would take and was right on, very professional and most important to me they were not only on time but called me to check if we could do a little earlier then the 2-4 window, this is my first time dealing with a garage door repair and if I have to again I know who to call thanks much I appreciate you.

Professionals start to finish. On-time or early. Great communications between staff and customers. I ran into the door! They provided an estimate and explained there'd be a long delay for the lower panel due to Covid and the manufacturing backlog. Everyone connected to my repair -- office staff, estimator, and repairmen were very courteous and covid safe. Very pleased!

Their crew came out the next day fir a quote. Quote was higher than expected but they walked me through the "why's" and pointed out where the original installer used cheap parts. In some areas, the original installer didn't include parts. We bought out home out of foreclosure and figured the bank went cheap, this confirmed it. I felt as though we received a great deal from knowledgeable technicians and would have them back again when needed.

Broke a spring on our garage door and were stuck with one vehicle in the garage and one out. Looked online for garage door repairs and Precision was the first to appear. Two things caught my eye when looking at the Precision info. First was the statement that someone would answer my call 24/7 and the second was the info said no additional charge for a weekend callout. I decided to call and the call was answered promptly. Precision said they could have someone come out on Sunday, between noon and 2 PM. Our Technician Ryan was there promptly on time. Ryan, our Technician, was great to work with. He pointed out a few additional items that needed attention and within an hour the door was fully operational and the additional items were repaired. We were having an intermittent problem with the sensors. I thought perhaps the sensors were failing. I had checked the alignment, connectors, and cleanliness but the intermittency continued. Erik came on time and found the issue within 10 minutes. He also did the safety check and applied silicone lubricant to all moving parts. The opener is. Now operating like new.
