We chose to get everything done as it's pretty terrible when you can't get your garage door open to go anywhere. I don’t think this is the cheapest or most expensive company in town, but the quality of the parts and workmanship was great. I especially appreciated the time Adam, the technician, spent with me explaining how to properly maintain the door. He further explained the suggestion repairs so I could make an educated purchase. Our spring broke on a Friday night and Precision had an opening on Saturday with no extra “rush” charge. Our technician, Shawn, did a great job. He was thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He offered no-pressure suggestions that made a lot of sense and we followed through with. Even after noticing that our garage door was slightly uneven 2 days later, leaving a gap on one side, Precision sent Shawn back out that next morning, and once again we had a great experience with him.
