I have used Precision Door before and was very happy with the service. Recently my spring broke and they had someone out the same day I called. The service tech, Pat Rough, was polite and very efficient. He explained all my options and fixed the problem immediately. He is an excellent service tech and I highly recommend the Precision Door for your garage door needs!

Over all .....best in show... first class .... well run business...!!!.... Very satisfied every time I need garage door service .....Jameson was a total expert .... and master at his job ..... I couldn't have possibly received better, quicker, or more precise service .....Jameson represents your company extremely well in the field and you should be very proud of him. If he is due for a raise I would do it quickly...!!!....and if he isn't ..... well I would strongly suggest it ....

Adam M. showed up as scheduled. Was courteous and on time. Knowledgeable and seemed to really care about solving my problem. Did online research and came up with a solution that will hopefully solve my issue. Was very thorough and provided a series of options depending on budget or concerns. Adam is good at his job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Employees like him are tough to find.

Great service from Precision Garage Door. Had a cable come off my door, which ended up bending a couple of the tracks. Technician was very professional -- did a thorough inspection with pictures and then gave me an estimate with a couple of different options at different price points. Completed the work (on a Saturday) in less than an hour, cleaned up well, and took photos of the repairs. Would definitely hire them again for garage door repair!

Technician was fantastic. He knew I was dealing with a tight budget and offered several solutions. He started by asking what my goals were (i.e. to keep it operable as long as possible, to increase security, to make it as safe as possible, etc.) which helped me decide what I wanted to have done. He gave me a direct quote for the different options, and even though I decided on two new motors/openers with new keypads, etc. he had the equipment on hand and was able to replace everything right then and there. When he was finished, he checked over everything with me, explained some additional features, and asked if I had any questions at all. 100% pleased with the service!

Went above and beyond the call of duty. Arrived early which was nice and got the job done real quick. I was impressed. Also, very pleased with the way the company operates, sending a picture of the service technician so I know who to expect. I reached out to them around 2am in the morning and someone contacted me at 2am in the morning setting up an appointment. Nice to know there are still businesses out here that do business the right way. Yes, I would recommend.

I was impressed when I called to make an appointment to get my garage door checked out/replaced & was told they'd come within a couple day. In today's world that's almost unheard of. The technician called as promised & did a great job. No pressure & an honest review of what he could do - answered all my questions & did a fantastic job. He was courteous, did a great job & I have to admit I am one happy customer. I would recommend Precision again to anyone who needs their services. I'd give them 5 stars anytime.

Greg was a total professional. He explained what he found was causing our garage door malfunction in clear and understandable terms.
