Scheduled me right away. They got to my house within 20 min or so. Fixed the problem and filled out estimate for more work that will need to be addressed. Unfortunately I've not been able to get copies of my invoice or the estimate. Still waiting!

The technician that came out to take a look at my broken spring did a very good job of explaining and showing me things that were wrong or could go wrong with my existing garage doors. The techs that came out to install my new doors were a little late but that's understandable in their business...not knowing how long each job takes. I was very satisfied with their work and explaining future care of my new doors.

My garage door was not working the way it should so call and said they could come out the next morning which they did. your service tech Pat Bendel came out and looked at it and explained what was wrong. After that I decided to go with a new door.

Tech diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Told me what needed to be done. I chose to have the bearings replaced. Tech was very efficient did the job in about 30 minutes. I would have given 5 stars but the price was very high.

We had a new garage door opener installed by James, who was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, efficient, respectful, etc. I would’ve given five stars except he could not sync the remote to my car. And it was nothing he did. It was some problem with the app. That was something that should’ve taken about 30 seconds and he worked on it for about an hour. No, I’m left having to deal with it via the 800 number

Pat, the technician, was very responsive to my questions and explained the recommendations he made. Although the cost was considerably more than expected, hopefully with the warranty it will prove to be worth it . They came to my house the same day I called too!

Our garage door cables broke (of course) the day before Thanksgiving. After getting back in town I thought the fix would be easy. Of course not. Called your company on Saturday to get someone out. To my surprise they were able to come out on Sunday! Made an appointment for 10 am. The guy was in and out in an hour. The door was all fixed! Only four stars for two reasons. He showed up at around 8:30 am. The other being a few nuts were not tightened on the brackets. Not a big deal but still...

Adam did a wonderful service call, I thought the prices for new springs cost and installation was overpriced, but I wanted the lifetime warranty. Reason for initial service call my end bearing plates needed replacing. For spring cost and replacement at $390.00 per spring I thought was a little excessive. Considering Mills Fleet Farm was $83.00 per spring. But I wanted the lifetime warranty.
