Was very pleased with service performed. On a Saturday morning 1 of my door spring had broke leaving me in a little of a bind. I had called other service providers but could not make it out till the next day. Precision came out that day and completed the repair. John was on time and very efficient in performing the work.

One of our garage door lift springs broke on a Sunday afternoon. Your service person Devon came to the house that evening, replaced both springs, adjusted & lubricated the door. Problem solved. Devon was on time, knowlegeable & courteous. We will keep you in mind for any future door service we need.

Every thing went fine. The installers were courteous and friendly. Our only issue is that the garage door barely misses our pick-up truck when closing. (less than 1/8" clearance) Wedidn't know that until we parked it in the garage later that day. Something needs to be done.

Representative was on time and did a great job.One issue I have noticed is that my sensors for the door seem to be a little off since the work was done. I have had to adjust them a couple of time.

Everything looks great! One thing though, it is a manual garage door and there is no rope or handle to pull it shut when open. Should that have come with the door?
