Alex did an excellent job. He replaced the garage door opener. The new one cost quite a bit more than I expected, but then, everything does lately. He also replaced the rusted rails and the deteriorating rollers. He didn't try to sell me anything that was unneeded. He explained the remotes and vacation setting and showed me how to set them. Alex also kindly set the remote button that is part of my car. I'd never been able to get that to work before. Everything works smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company and this technician.

Tech called to tell us he was available early, wanted to verify it was OK to arrive early. Listened to me explain the problem (opener was reversing after starting to close), then did a check on all aspects of the opener and the door. Presented us with a list of recommendations and costs. We decided to decline his recommendation to replace the rollers, and there was no pressure or push-back from him. He replaced the sensors, including moving the mounts from the rails to the garage door frame, lubed the hinges and replaced a broken hinge we hadn't noticed. The work was completed efficiently, at a price that was lower than we expected. We are satisfied customers, and would recommend without hesitation.

Soon as Chuck, our service person came in he saw the main problem and after inspection told us all that needed to be done. Before any work was done he gave an estimate of the cost. Yours was the only company of 3 I called to get an emergency repair on a weekend. The technician, Brian, was able to come out earlier than scheduled and did a thorough inspection recommending several courses of action from safety concerns to a wishlist. Once we decided what to do he performed the work immediately and went over all the things he did and, again, recommending some small things we could do to keep the door functioning properly. He even gave us an extra garage door opener to keep in a bike bag.

Brian Bergstrom was so curtious and helpful in my decision making as to what to do with my garage door. I recently lost my husband so I wanted to make sure the garage door was in good working order before I go into the winter months. Brian gave me 3 options and I chose the second option which I feel very comfortable with. I called to make the appointment in the morning and Brian came in the late afternoon on the same day. I called yesterday with a broken, rotational torsion spring, when my garage door would only open an inch. After calling many of the other local businesses, only Precision Garage Door could make it out here today (all the others were a month out). The communication (prior, during, and after) was flawless, consistent, and timely. I spent the afternoon having direct conversation with the Technician (so I could understand what he was doing), and it never slowed him down. He fixed and then "pre-rigged" the door, and then checked to see the results. Being that I have a 1965 house, many of the issues that caused the original problems were due to the foundation having shifted over the years. He realized the problems and rigged it precisely so the door could be opened, and closed, with only finger-pressure - zero gap underneath. I am a 50+ year mechanic myself and can fix anything in/on the household or vehicles that I have, but I do not want to deal with garage door springs. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the Technician and the end result. I would imagine that the Technician that came here, is just one of many that this Company employs. Called Precision around 1030a regarding a door repair - they had an opening the same day!! Had a text by 130p that Service Tech Adam was in route.
