Hard sales push and upsell tactics. Had a broken spring and I called in for a quote - around $300. Alex came in and basically said they HAVE to do both springs AND replace a bearing. Also recommended other unnecessary fixes. Gave me a bid at over $1k, ALL OR NOTHING. I said no. Called another place (name of a great lake) and they fixed it for under $400. They also mentioned that the BEARINGS ARE JUST FINE, quite the contrast of what Precision said... Not real impressed with Precision tactics.

Mike was on time (early actually) he diagnosed the problem with my 23 year old garage door opener...it was toast, gears sprocket and chain totally worn out. Now I've got a new unit that I can open and close from anywhere with my phone. Evan has a camera. Belt drive, whisper quiet compared to the old one. wWasn't cheap but what is these days. Mike was great! Even help withe the set up since I'm not exactly tech savvy. H. Johnson New Richmond, WI.

The technician not only replaced the seal but pointed out many parts that could be updated. The door is fully refurbished. It runs quiet & will last many years. I highly recommend Precision!

Shawn Solberg arrived on time. I had my garage door replaced about 11 months ago. The bearing was making a loud banging noise when closing. This was very unusual but Shawn was persistent. He got it fixed. Works great. The best part was it was covered under warranty. No hassle. Thanks Precision!
