Not enough space here to share how well this company is run. Called them out of the blue to schedule an appointment to get a garage door estimate thinking it may be days or weeks out. They had one of their sales staff out the very same day and provided ample information and pricing. Our sale rep (Mike) was exceptional. We ended up signing a contract that day for two door replacements because we were so impressed with how well this company represents themselves. .

Thank you, Precision Garage Door and our technician Pat, for a job well done! All of our interactions with Pat and the team were professional, courteous, and informative. We had someone else come out initially to repair a broken cable and the system broke 2 days later. We had concerns about the prior quality and pricing and had Precision Garage Door take another look at things. Pat was incredibly helpful, very upfront on pricing and what needed to be done, talked about the warranty, and was super professional and trustworthy. We will come back to Precision Garage Door for any of our future needs!

You call to schedule the work and told that it's a solid appointment; date and time confirmed. Company APPEARS to be competent at this point. BUT, company drops the ball and management "forgot" to put the appointment on their calendar. No apologies, no explanations. Oh, and their customer service staff is lacking in communication skills. So if you want to engage with a company that says "oops, my bad," and feels like they didn't do anything wrong, then this is the company for you. If they can't handle a 'minor' detail of actually placing the appointment on their calendars when you were told it was a 'solid' appointment date/time, watch out when you need warranty work. This isn't a company that values the customer's time. Just a BUYER BEWARE public service announcement.

Caden and his partner were very prompt, courteous, and professional. He sent a message introducing himself, and let me know when he would arrive. He explained everything they were going to do and the amount of time it would take. When complete, we went through the operation and maintenance. Asked if I had questions and said if anything came up please give them a call. I am happy we chose Precision door and would highly recommend them.

Have had Precision do work several years ago and they were fantastic. When the opener started acting strange we had them out again. I explained the problem and he didn't even have to look before he knew what it was and when we looked it was certainly the problem. It has also impacted several other areas and we are choosing to have them repaired now before we face multiple times of having smaller problems fixed. They are able to do the full repair one day from now and gave us a reasonable cost estimate with excellent warranties. Person who did inspection was fantastic, took pictures to show us issues, explained the issue and how it impacted our door issues, and explained what could be done now and what could wait. We chose the immediate repair of the issues because we did not want it to impact a motor issue in the future. This company is excellent and extremely reliable.

Greg Traylor came out today less than 2 hours after my call. He did an inspection check and recalibrated sensors on door. Knowledgeable, polite and very personable. Have had two dealings with Precision in last couple years and would highly recommend them!

From the day of our consult to the day of install we were kept well informed of the process and lead time. The install went as we were expecting and the crew was extremely courteous and conducted themselves with a great level of professionalism. Every aspect of our garage-door opener service was perfect. The speedy response time, the notice before the tech arrived, the installation and the follow-up. Our tech, Brock, was friendly, efficient and thorough. He explained the options and had everything he needed on the truck. Although the service was expensive, I believe it was a very good value for the price.

I trusted Lowe’s to replace and install new garage door the same as my old one. Lowe’s work with precision garage door service. Precision contact me and measure and take a pictures. After the measurement complete I got the estimate contacted precision office customer service representative her name is Alex told me to pay 40% $962.88 and I paid the 40%. After a couple days I make a phone call when will be installed but Alex she apologized and it will refund to my account and I have to pay to the Lowe’s She was new employee and no body train her properly.after I paid the full amount no body contact me even when will be installed after one week I make phone call to Lowe’s and the customer representative make phone call to precision left voice mail. After that precision person called me I gave all my information and he will get me back soon. After 20 min called me back and told me they will installed June 15. But they installed one layer garage door instead of 2 layer without my knowledge. I try to contact the precision garage door service still I didn’t get any answer. I don’t recommended Lowe’s and precision.
