Great service. Technician Chuck was here 30 minutes after I called Precision Door. I had a broken spring and both vehicles were stuck inside. Chuck did a thorough inspection of all the hardware and had me choose what I wanted done. He got right to work and completed the job in 45 minutes.

Great same day service when our double garage door wouldn't open. I called at 8am on a Saturday morning and a technician was at our house by 12pm. The technician, James, did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and then did it. The door has never been so quiet and smooth running.

Chuck came out to my house last week to install a New garage opener! He was knowledgeable and courteous to me. He definitely exceeded my expectations! The job took about an hour and he disposed of my old opener. The opener is working great! I love the bright light in my garage! I love having a wall keypad, if needed! I also love the Lifetime Warranty associated with this product! I noticed my coupon advertised that this company was "A neighborly company". I will be looking for that label on future coupons, for other companies as well! I've already found another one for another necessary service! ;)

Positive 1. Easy to schedule 2. Technician arrived on time Negative 1. No condition report was provided 2. Quotes were discussed over the phone and were not emailed before the work was done. 3. The service fee on the credit card was not communicated earlier 4. The parts roughly cost more than twice what is listed online. Overall, it was expensive. I have the condition report from the previous visit, where all components that were replaced are listed as green. I'm not sure if things need to be totally replaced in a span of two years. End Bearing Plate 12 ga w/Bearing LH - The most expensive item on Amazon is $23, and it was priced at $71 PDS 234x35 - 1-3/4" ID RHW SP Green Powder Coated High Cycle Torsion Spring. Similarly, the Most expensive was $129, which was priced at $330.

Great service from Precision Garage Door. Had a cable come off my door, which ended up bending a couple of the tracks. Technician was very professional -- did a thorough inspection with pictures and then gave me an estimate with a couple of different options at different price points. Completed the work (on a Saturday) in less than an hour, cleaned up well, and took photos of the repairs. Would definitely hire them again for garage door repair!

I had Alex come out and check out my garage door which was opening crooked to the right and sometimes hitting on upper door pulley. The door would stop and not open unless I tried it several times. Alex said there wasn't much he could do but said I could put some washers on the top roller to keep it from pulling to the side. He gave me the washers. After he left, I tried to put washers. I then noticed the top support bracket screw had ripped through the sheet metal and wasn't supported. I drilled another hole, put in a new bolt and now it works. I think it's something they should have caught.

Technician was fantastic. He knew I was dealing with a tight budget and offered several solutions. He started by asking what my goals were (i.e. to keep it operable as long as possible, to increase security, to make it as safe as possible, etc.) which helped me decide what I wanted to have done. He gave me a direct quote for the different options, and even though I decided on two new motors/openers with new keypads, etc. he had the equipment on hand and was able to replace everything right then and there. When he was finished, he checked over everything with me, explained some additional features, and asked if I had any questions at all. 100% pleased with the service!
