Patrick Rough, representing Precision Overhead Garage Door Service has "Gone Beyond the Call of Duty" concerning the maintenance of my system. There was the "Winter Call". Yes, you guessed it. Wind Chills below -35 degrees and the guy was somehow able to get my Overhead Garage Door to work again. There was the "Summer Call" in which he had to work on replacing my 25 year old Genie Garage Equipment. Finally, there was the "Recent Call" in which he effectively detailed my current Garage Door...never has worked better.
We appreciate your positive review, John! Thank you for your recommendation and we are glad to hear that you had a great experience with us.

It was easy to set up an appointment, and the Tech arrived on time and was professional and provided very good customer service. (This is valued and really stands out in today's market!) He completed replacing the 2 springs, the cables and bearings in an hour. I find Precision to be very customer focused and the leadership team as well as service technicians care about the customer. (I also received a past customer and a senior citizen discount - all of which helps!)

Extremely satisfied with this company and the service they provided. They were able to come next day to repair our garage door. Service guys were friendly and professional, prompt and efficient as well. They did a thorough inspection of my situation and presented quote that was very reasonable. When I declined to have a portion of the work done they did not pressure me at all. Felt very comfortable with the level of service that I received. I would highly recommended these folks and would not hesitate to call them again should we need any work in the future!

Our garage door opener broke and your technician was out as soon as possible. He spent a couple of hours, new installations and everything went smooth. It is sometimes hard these days to find reputable companies who do the job right the first time, but Precision Garage Door came through! Thank you! Sheila and Steve S.
