I lost my garage door opener and had high anxiety that someone would find it and access my home. I called last night at 11pm and Brian Bergstrom came by today at noon. He helped me program new remotes and even discovered a need to change cables on my garage door that would have lead to mechanical failure in the future. He was very genuine and I trust his approach to making recommendations to customers. I will definitely do business with Brian and this company again!

To our surprise, he was able to straighten a part, so the actual price was $125 lower. We found him to be very honest. Called Precision at the recommendation of a family member when one of my garage door cables broke on a freezing December day. Chong came out right away, was very friendly and professional, and did a quick overall safety inspection of the door (standard practice when they service a door). He gave me a quote and had some good recommendations, but wasn’t pushy at all. He completed the necessary repair, did some routine maintenance, and was done in probably 30 mins. Could not have been a smoother process - would absolutely work with them again.

On time, courteous technician, work performed competently. Price was very high. To charge $65 to spray a silicon lubricant on rollers and hinges (which took a couple of minutes) borders on exploitive, $35 dollars for a plastic bushing is also out of line, in my opinion. Technician was here for less than 20 minutes and I paid $429 to have a new coil and two cables installed. Layne

The Precision Garage Door guys arrived on time and fixed my door (replaced the springs) in short order. They also did an overall inspection and reported that my door was in good shape so no additional pieces were needed. I got a 3-year warranty. By all measures, a good experience.
