When my garage door opener broke, I went on Google because I have no idea who to call. Precision door service was the 1st option I could see. There was alot of info on their webpage, but also chat with a live agent, they were kind, professional, I had an appointment within a couple of minutes. When my Tech Devon arrived, he was polite, confident, professional, he was in one word "perfect" . He explained my new system, and it was installed in about an hour, he cleaned up before he left. Precision Door Service is so lucky to have Devon, It's never easy when life throws you a curve ball, and i get it, it's just a garage door. This company was perfect from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone that asks !

The Representatives from Precision Garage Door contacted me with a few hours to review my situation, Broken Spring, after a few calls a time was locked in and I was presented with a great discount. The on-site Representative call ahead and once on site reviewed my situation and presented me with some options, once agreed the job was completed within 45 minutes. The cable broke on our garage door last night when we returned home. As it is a weekend we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get anyone to repair it before next week. We called Precision because we have used you before and you were able to provide a technician very quickly. Troy quickly repaired the cable and the door was back in service. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and provided very good service. We will definitely call Precision for repairs again in the future.

Wow! Precision Door Service just exceeded my expectations today! Everything from the first contact to good-bye was courteous, professional and top notch. Troy, the technician, communicated his arrival time, arrived on time, explained all that the service I needed entailed (without trying to sell me something I didn't need) and completed the job quickly and efficiently making sure that I didn't have any unanswered questions. Combine with reasonable pricing and a AAA discount, what more can a consumer ask for? There's good reason for their A+ rating with the BBB. I could not be more satisfied.

I would give Eric six stars out of five stars if I could. This was one of the most pleasant repair experiences I have ever had. My garage door opener broke yesterday, I called Precision Door this morning, was able to be scheduled for today and Eric showed up at my door not long after my appointment was scheduled. Eric was able to install a brand new garage door opener in short time, he was very courteous knowledgeable and was kindly very patient with me when I asked rookie questions. Our garage door tension cables came unraveled rather suddenly on a Saturday. Having no idea how to fix it, we called Precision Door. Ronnie came out the same day and addressed the problem - and also replaced our rollers and the gasket at the bottom of the door. Super friendly, very informative, and competent at his craft.
