1. Usually I do not review. But this time I want to let you know of the exceptional experience I had with Percision. 2. I called firm I have done business on a Thursday. They could come out until Monday. 3. Went to Goggle and Percision was selected and the site was great. 4.Called and phone person was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Was scheduled for Thursday. Service and service tech were great! The only thing that I found to be disappointing was on the phone I described the issue and the person I spoke with said it was most likely a lube/tune-up appointment and that the $89 service fee would be waived if I went forward with the work. The fee wasn't waived because it wasn't a "repair" and that should've been explained to me up front.

Less than good news: It took over 2 months to get the parts needed to replace our garage door due to the current supply chain problems. Good news: The installer was very polite and professional AND he took the extra time required to improve our garage door opener garage door connection so the door would open with less noise and run more reliably.

The technician called to advise me of his expected arrival. Upon arrival he was friendly and polite. I showed him the problem and after he completed his inspection he gave me a quote. Work was completed in approximately 30 minutes. I was happy with the result and considered the price reasonable.

Our garage door opener died on us and I called Precision on a Friday afternoon. Their installer Mike was here at noon that Sunday, right on time. Super Bowl Sunday no less. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. He shared the options, upgrades, and accessories, but at no point did I feel pressured to buy. Mike was done within an hour and we have a much quieter, more efficient garage door opener. A very happy customer in Corcoran. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

If you ever need ur garage door fixed do not use this company. They will overcharge you. Technicians are fabulous. Company rips people off. They wave the $75 service fee if you use them but charge a minimum of $215. I had my cables replaced on my garage door. They charged me $83 for the cables when you can buy a pair @loweshomeimprovement @homedepot @menardshomeimprovement for like $8.99 @precisiondoorusa bad company and worse manager customer service. #badbuisness

I chose Precision Door because you are the vendor we have used in the past. You installed a new garage door opener a couple of years ago, and it has worked very well since. Our garage door would not operate due to a broken spring, not a good deal, so I went on the internet and Precision had a lot of good ratings and comments. Its was later in the day so when I called, we were able to get an appointment at 8:00 the next day! Alex showed up and we had him replace both springs and he was done in a short amount of time. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and courteous. Definitely use again.
