Had a great instal and adjusted my main door spot on! Also over the top with mounting the door opener on heavy duty brackets. Last Saturday, when I tried to shut my garage door it went down about a foot and then started beeping while it went back up. It had been rattling for a while, so I wasn’t overly surprised when it quit working. I called Precision Door Service and was pleasantly surprised when the could schedule me in the next day, which was a Sunday. Jameson Leach was the Servicemen that arrived and he got it quietly working again and then took the time to show me where to oil the tracks to keep it running smoothly. So far, so good. I would highly recommend this business.

Had them out to fix a broken spring, tech inspected everything and took photos and made recommendations on issues that should be addressed. No pressure to do anything other than the repair the spring. We will use them again to get some of the other work done. Prices were reasonable.

Service and service tech were great! The only thing that I found to be disappointing was on the phone I described the issue and the person I spoke with said it was most likely a lube/tune-up appointment and that the $89 service fee would be waived if I went forward with the work. The fee wasn't waived because it wasn't a "repair" and that should've been explained to me up front.

Less than good news: It took over 2 months to get the parts needed to replace our garage door due to the current supply chain problems. Good news: The installer was very polite and professional AND he took the extra time required to improve our garage door opener garage door connection so the door would open with less noise and run more reliably.
