Not cheap but quality service. Options were given and an explanation was shared as to which option to select. As the installer was finishing up, I noticed that he was oiling the rollers on the door that he was not repairing. That say a ton about the quality of service and the integrity of the company!!

They replaced one spring 2021 and for $260 now they say its $380 and blame the increase on "COVID". He said that was pre-COVID well actually 2021 was not Pre-COVID that would have been 2019 or before. Asked for a detailed quote of labor and parts and they basically refused so I called another garage door company and they were able yo provide the quote over the phone. It's a spring just isn't that complicated. Why you would deliberately obscuring the prices is unprofessional and shouts "we are going to overcharge you".

Our garage door cables broke (of course) the day before Thanksgiving. After getting back in town I thought the fix would be easy. Of course not. Called your company on Saturday to get someone out. To my surprise they were able to come out on Sunday! Made an appointment for 10 am. The guy was in and out in an hour. The door was all fixed! Only four stars for two reasons. He showed up at around 8:30 am. The other being a few nuts were not tightened on the brackets. Not a big deal but still...

Brian Bergstrom was so curtious and helpful in my decision making as to what to do with my garage door. I recently lost my husband so I wanted to make sure the garage door was in good working order before I go into the winter months. Brian gave me 3 options and I chose the second option which I feel very comfortable with. I called to make the appointment in the morning and Brian came in the late afternoon on the same day. I would deffinately call Precision again judging by this experience.

Your technician, James Magaard, came to my house yesterday to look at my garage door opener, which was malfunctioning. Not only did James diagnose and fix the problem, he went above and beyond, inspecting the garage door, rails, and track. He even straightened out one of the rails, and greased the track, so the door would open and shut with less noise. James was informative and friendly. A total pro! I heard about Precision Garage Door on the Garage Logic podcast, and would whole-heartedly endorse them!

I called Precision because they are an advertiser on the Garage Logic podcast. My 18'X8' doors' cable came off the jackshaft pulley on one side and the door was in danger of coming loose completely. I called precision at about 10:30 on Saturday morning and by 1:30 that same day, my technician Brian came to my house to get me fixed up. Prior to his arrival, I received a text from Brian / Precision with his picture on it, that was a nice touch. Brian was an awesome technician (and a GL'er) and took care of a decently long list of some minor and some not so minor issues I had with my door and opener. I have been a construction project manager for 36 years and know good service and capable people when I see them, and Precision has it all going on! I highly recommend Precision, you do get what you pay for. Erik Mahin.

My garage door spring broke at 9PM. I called Precision and spoke to a friendly service member who told me they could have a technician come out at 8AM the next morning. Patrick showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional and got underway with the inspections and quote. He had all tools and parts on hand to get the job done. He was extremely knowledgeable and a true craftsman. I was impressed with him and Precision!!!
