Brian did a great job coming out and replacing the spring that broke. He went through and explained everything in detail and inspected and gave me recommendations on other things that are in need of repair and why the repairs needed to be done. The repairman, Jonathan Zwart, was so wonderful!! Not only did he assess the problem thoroughly before offering me an estimated cost to repair, but he listed additional options to improve the performance of my garage door opener. Jonathan also explained the security features available on the newer openers for when the time comes to replace my older model garage door opener. Precision provides a 2 hour window for arrival and Jonathan was right on time, here at 8 AM so I could get the repair and get on with my own schedule. I have had other repairs, plumbers and carpentry, recently and I experienced price gouging and pricing surprises. I did not experience any of that with Precision. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and their technician Jonathan Zwart.

I chose Precision because they have 24/7 operator answered calls. That way you know when they are available and can service your garage door. The garage door always fails when you least expect it. I called on a Sunday evening and they were here by 8 the next morning. Technician was thorough and explained everything. Will call Precision again.

I could tell after the first few minutes that I was dealing with the consummate professional. It was obvious thatJameson Leach has worked on hundreds if not thousands of garage doors in his career. The conditions were brutal with wind chills dropping into the -25 range but he got the job done and with a degree of perfection. In a word, one could say that Jameson did more than fixed my garage door that afternoon, he saved my family from a very painful experience.

I am extremely impressed and satisfied with doing business with you great company. I called before 8:00 AM and was told you could send a technician between 8 AM and 10 AM. At 9 AM Colton Sanders called to say he would be over within a half hour. He arrived approximately 9:30. He quickly sized up the situation and did a great recap of what needed to be done along with the charges. We agreed with what needed to be done along with the applicable charges. He had a lot to do and he had it all done by 10:35 AM. My wife and I were so impressed how quickly he got everything done so quickly. My personal opinion he is a master technician and you guys are very fortunate to have him on your staff. He was very polite, professional and provided the best possible customer service. He did many things. Where it says purchase of a new product, if you look at my invoice you can see all that he did. Thank you

We live in a house new to us and are in the process of updating various mechanical systems—water purification, heating, air conditioning and so forth. We saw Precision’s ad on TV and gave them a call to come an look over our garage door. The person on the phone was pleasant and well informed. An appointment was set. A person, Alex, came on time, reviewed with me the condition of our door and the repairs he could make with a cost estimate. He proceeded to do his work and reviewed it with me. He provided preventative maintenance tips and we paid our bill. All was done professional and cordially. The door works fine!

The work they did on my garage door was done with care. They fixed the door as I asked them to fix. Everything went fine. The Price was reasonable. If I had more money at the time I would have had the other 3 doors done too. I am happy with the job.
