Brian is absolutely the best!! Our garage spring broke late on Friday afternoon and yet Brian arrived Saturday exactly at the time we were given. He was so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Brian gave us options and didn't pressure us to make decisions. He went above and beyond to install electronic eyes that addressed the issues he noticed and we discussed. We were very happy with all the services we received.

I lost my garage door opener and had high anxiety that someone would find it and access my home. I called last night at 11pm and Brian Bergstrom came by today at noon. He helped me program new remotes and even discovered a need to change cables on my garage door that would have lead to mechanical failure in the future. He was very genuine and I trust his approach to making recommendations to customers. I will definitely do business with Brian and this company again!

Adam listened to my explanation of what the opener/door were doing and then spent quality time examining the door both in its parts and in its movement. Of course, it would not act up today with the technician there. He made me feel comfortable with the current status of the door, and gave me a possible remedy if it should recur.

To our surprise, he was able to straighten a part, so the actual price was $125 lower. We found him to be very honest. Found on internet search, reviews looked good so called. Appt next day on Sat. Received confirmation e-mail right away. Also sent picture of tech the next day and he called when on his way. Friendly, courteous was Jonathan the tech. Efficient, my choice as to what repair to choose was given with pictures and thorough explanation. Excellent and quick replacement of garage door opener. Spends, but price on par with other installers. Would highly recommend!
