Chuck showed up on time, and while checking things over he explained issues and offered explanations and solutions.. Among the reasons for being there was the garage door opener which he replaced; in hind sight, there was no discussion about the type of opener we wanted which we should have done. In the end, we have a new setup that works very smoothly and quietly, and all should be well for several years to come.

I set an appointment for just basic maintenance and check. The service technician, Brian, was very professional and explained and showed everything very clearly of what should be done but also what wasn't needed. I asked for a quote to install a new opener on the third garage door but Brian suggested why not just use one of the two existing that was most worn but still functional. Then he put a new one on the main, most used door. Two visits to our home, total repair time about 3.5 hours and we are very happy. Brian did a great job!

I was in an unfortunate situation where I needed my garage door released due to an accident, which Precision was able to come out immediately the next day. Fast forward to receiving the new door and the install team was outstanding.
