I better understand their price results, and his customer service was excellent. So, for me, the price was not a fit, but their feedback and customer service are great.

Was quick to schedule for next day service, the tech was able to explain things very well, performed a minimal maintenance service to tighten up part of our garage and everything was working great! Very fast, and great pricing. I would definitely use precision again!

Chuck was very congenial, and, I'm sure, an expert. However, I was quoted something in the low $200s to replace the spring on our single garage door, but when he saw the door, the price went up to over $600. The customer service person did say "starting" at $200, but even after asking what it might be, did not indicate anything close to $600. I paid the $85 service fee (which is waived if they do the work) and thanked him for coming. Although I'm sure no one intends this, and I did explain what kind of door it is, it feels like a classic bait and switch.

He never tried to sell us something we did not need and we are even getting a partial refund due to parts he told us that did not need to be replaced.
